This is the place! I dropped off my car this morning to get an estimate since my car was broken into. I was greeted right away when I walked in by the lady at the front desk. She was beyond kind and really made the morning kick off with a great start. I worked with Terry on my estimate, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He got my estimate to me before the end of day which was amazing. He was honest and super easy to work with, unlike some other places I've dealt with. There is no other option in my mind when I'm dealing with repairs and estimates than Caliber Collision. This place is amazing, super quick, honest and they have a great crew. Thank you for everything!

Cassie was spectacular! Her attention to detail and her level of customer service and concern was amazing! Give this girl a raise! Every business could benefit from the way Cassie handles customers, insurance companies and rental cars places. I would definitely use Caliber for any other repairs that my car may encounter in the future. The car took longer than expected to be finished, but would rather have it back in my possession in proper condition. Jesse has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done correct and has kept me informed and up to date on the progress along the way. Highly recommend shop!!! The whole team was extremely helpful and there to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. As the owner of a SRT8 Challenger it broke my heart to see my vehicle in such condition but felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. This team went above and beyond to make this experience go as smooth as possible. I unfortunately did not have a great experience at this location.This is more of a review of awareness and hopefully improvement on their end. I took my car there because it was a high recommendation from my insurance for repairs. Long story short. I didn't hear anything for a week so I reached out. Magically after that phone call, I receive a text of who my estimator is, that they are working on my estimate, etc. These text periodically notified me of the repair cost and when my car will be ready for pick up. One would be under the assumption that they are actually repairing your car and that the message you received is the accurate pick up date correct? This was not the case. My car sat for over a month. It wasn't until I called after the due date and was vaguely told that my car was considered a total loss. My estimator was not readily available to talk to so he really couldn't give me any more information. I finally had to walk in and talk to him personally because I could not reach him over the phone. I received some apologies and excuse that he was just given my case, etc. etc. My question is, how does one get around without a vehicle for over a month if they have to depend on insurance rental? That is no respect for the customer.Anyway, my message to your company is that maybe you should actually "communicate" with the client instead of sending generic text messages. I realize that staff gets short, but communication is key so that the client knows what is going on and not under the assumption that their car is getting taken care of. I'm sure you would like to have your clients have less unpleasant surprises and more communication on realistic dates and where they are on the process. I work with clients and if I am overloaded with work and have not gotten to their project, I do reach out to them so that they know I have not forgotten about them. Same courtesy here please.

I brought my car in for some repairs as a preferred vendor with my insurance. The process was incredibly smooth from scheduling, dropoff, receiving updates, and at pickup. We worked with Linda Dickerson starting at dropoff and through pickup and she took great care of us and my car. She was very kind, helpful, and excellent at keeping us updated along the way. My cars repairs exceeded my expectations and the turnaround time was much less than I had expected. Would highly recommend this shop to others .Services: Steering & suspension repair

Linda and Patrick were super helpful and human with me after having to return a 2nd time. When I was rear-ended, the team quickly took care of my car and I realized about 1 month later the trunk still needed to seal better. I returned with this info and Linda was a rockstar in customer service. No extra cost, left the car when it was convenient for me and within 1 hour I got the call that all was good to go PLUS they cleaned the exterior for me.

My car was unfortunately broken into (shattered back passenger window, cracked from passenger window) while I was in a yoga class at 7:30am on a Sunday, 3 weeks before my wedding. Getting my car fixed prior to my wedding date was really important, as we were leaving the country immediately following our wedding. The Caliber Collision team did an amazing job getting my car fixed prior to my wedding, providing timely updates, and keeping me in the loop in the repair process. Linda will hook it up! My car looks amazing after the whole front was twisted in a fender bender. She kept me informed throughout the process, sending texts every week to let me know how things were going and that they were on track to finish on time! She also has a really cute Husky named Danica (after Danica Patrick hehe) who is always providing comfort to you while you talk to Linda about your car!Services: Painting

Caliber repaired my vehicle from a car accident where I was hit. I also had a vandalism claim where someone punched my door lock. It took them a week to complete 2 repairs from 2 different claims! Highly recommend them!!
