Secondly, following their acquisition by a larger company, there was a new payment policy—be prepared to write a check or use a debit card to avoid a 2% credit card fee.Despite these hiccups, the team demonstrated their expertise during the repair process. The final result was exceptional; the car was meticulously put back together, with paint that flawlessly matched the original and repairs that restored it to its pre-stolen condition. The added touch of detailing left my car looking nothing short of brand new upon its return.Todd, a key contact throughout, was consistently friendly and helpful. While communication lapses occurred, when I could reach Todd, he provided all the necessary details to navigate the process. However, without any hassle they admitted they used a sealer years ago that they found to be faulty and completed the warranty repairs, which was great!
