“Lawrence & his crew deserve 10 STARS!!! My husband's F150 Crew Cab was broken into at a Hilton near the Denver Airport, which he discovered at 730am as he was leaving for the airport. Three of us began calling Auto Glass shops in close proximity to the airport in hopes that he could catch a later flight to Florida. The Ford Dealership quote was twice as much without same-day service. Another shop was twice as much with same-day service, but he would miss the last flight option of the day. Of the 5 shops that I personally called, Lawrence was the only one who answered his phone! He was empathetic, professional, and was able to order the window from an area supplier, install it, and get my husband on his way, all prior to 12 noon & half the price! Don't waste your time trying to connect with Safelight just to be directed to their website, when you can support a locally owned business that prioritizes customer service, quality work, and efficiency at a reasonable price!”

Install 6/10 (wrong window installed 1st time, 40 min later came back with correct glass.. no primer used.)
Cleanliness 4/10 (about a week from install, still finding glass around and it keeps falling out of the tailgate where window was installed. Pulled vacuum out but never turned it on.)
Overall its what I needed. Could be better.
They will do the job and get it finished. Just not as clean as I have seen elsewhere.”

“Had gotten hail damage repair about a year ago at the Northfield location. A piece of the roof rack had come undone today so I called to have it checked because I wasnt sure if it had broken or not. The Northfield receptionist was trying to explain to me how busy they were and that I would have to schedule an appointment next week just to have it looked at. She took my information and said they would call me later today. In the meantime I had passed the Caliber Collision on Smith Rd. The receptionist immediately got a mechanic to look at it and showed me where the button knob had come apart, but wasn't broken, just had to be re inserted and snapped back in position, took about 2 minutes. I never did receive my call back from Northfield and will no longer use them in the future. I will only use the Smith road location going forward. They were very competent and professional.”
“When my car was broken into on a Saturday afternoon, the person had smashed my driver's side rear window... So I called this company Saturday afternoon for an estimate of cost and time. They were able to get me in on Monday. It was amazing! Their prices are incredibly reasonable. Their work is phenomenal. Without this shop, I would have paid almost $100 more and been waiting an additional 8 days for service elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend for any of your glass needs!”

“I came in close to closing time with a freak random problem with my window regulator. Really all we wanted was to get the window up because it was stuck in the middle and I didn't want to leave it like that overnight. They were definitely busy but they offered to take my door apart to see what was going on. They were able to diagnose the problem, give us a quote on how much it would be to fix, and get the window up and taped in place for the time being. Honestly they saved the day for us. Plus, everyone was super nice. Would 100% recommend this safelight.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this business. I received a windshield replacement a few months ago at a fair price. They came to my residence and the work was done in a timely manner. Since then I was able to bring my vehicle in twice for chip repairs at no cost to me and it was very easy and fast. On the 2nd repair, they noticed that the windshield was not sitting properly and they came out to repair it or replace it entirely. They were able to repair my existingwindshield very quickly with no issues and at no cost to me other than a little time. I appreciate the attention to detail and desireto make sure the work is done correctly. Also, very friendly and professional front desk staff and service people.”
