I am a long time customer and have always been satisfied with King Soopers products and services. I am giving this poor review because King Soopers fired an employee for doing the right thing - documenting a theft. The employee should have been rewarded, not fired. I am now considering shopping at the competition.

I have been shopping at the Federal and Bellview store for 30+ years. It seems that now they are focused on selling wine and beer. They rearranged the store to accommodate large quantities of those. They no longer have significant staff and they no longer make take-home meals daily. The area that makes fried chicken is not operating anymore. I don't know if it's permanent, but clearly showing a downturn at this location.

This king soopers is awesome! Great staff and always stocked (at least the best they can be). This is my regular store and the staff actually say hi to you if they recognize you. It's one of the better stores I've been to. Also, it says a lot that the carts are always available and there's people in each department. Great job guys!

the service at the butcher shop is atrocious, but not as bad at the Starbucks inside, when this guy told me he would charge me extra for asking for a splash of milk in my tea, nasty attitude, he actually said "he didn't care and that he was just there temporarily" from another shop.I guest this what Kroger and KS is coming to, no care about customer care, I'll spend a couple more buck and go to Wholefoods instead.

pretty good King Soppers on the corner of Bellview and Federal in the Littleton area. Its set up basically the same as all other King Soopers that Ive been in. I always like to come to the hot foods section to grab a quick lunch or to the bakery for some afternoon treats. Check out was fast and friendly and when I stopped at the front service desk, the lone employee was accommodating and professional. Good experience all around.

Last week I went to this location because I was on that side of town. Not my normal location. The cashier, Derek, was the rudest person I have met. When I got to the register, the older woman in front of me had loaded all of her grocery on the belt except her bottle of water. I started loading my stuff on the belt, a couple feet back to give her room to put her water up. When she was paying the cashier said to me "Are you buying her groceries?" I said, "what?". He said to back up and give her space. I told him I am back 5 feet and there is not other place to go. He continued to chastize me about "crowding her". I asked for a manager. When the manager came to the register he tried to whisper to her so I told him to tell her out loud what happened so I could hear. He walked away. The manager apologized to me. The woman that was in front of me was so concerened she stayed behind and told the manager that he was out of line and that I was not anywhere near her. She told them twice that he was wrong. Not sure what this guy's problem was but he should not be dealing with the public. Will not be going back to that store.

Scheduled a flu shot which was recommended by an associate in the pharmacy. Upon arriving early for my shot, the signage was not clear as to where to check in and I was not standing in the correct spot to be helped while other customers who arrived after me were being helped. The pharmacist directed me to the correct line but I had to go to the back of the line which was frustrating.

I've been shopping else where and saving roughly 150-200 a month for a single guy. Couldn't be happier as all of the Soopers in the area are garbage anyways.

I shop here about 2 x each month as the variety and pricing are good. But, we are back under a mask mandate in our area and Covid is during. This store has signs staying masks are required but my informal survey as I shopped last night (spent $215) indicated that more than 1/3 of shoppers were defiantly marching about with no masks. These people walked into my space, coughed, touched items- and not one store employee nor manager did a thing. So, sadly, goodbye for now, King Soopers...until you can enforce the mandate, I cannot enter. Costco and Trader Joe's are safer and stronger in their requirements

Complaining about have to get a grill propane exchange..... it so hard watching people scan there own food....

Lately employees filling online orders and stocking shelves are blocking the isles, and they are not polite when asked to get past them. At the checkout it is rare to find a willing employee to help bag my groceries, employees are present but standing around in groups chatting.

This use to be my favorite place to grocery shop. But in the last few months it has steadily gotten so much worse! First of all, you let vendors stage all of their stock in the MIDDLE of the isles to where you can't even get through the isle with a shopping cart in the mornings! And the vendors don't move to let you shop, they're so busy trying to get their stock out on the shelves, that they don't move, they don't stop so a PAYING CUSTOMER can get to the items that they're wanting, and they cut you off with their stock carts!! Why are they not stocking their stock before the store opens??? AND the MOST annoying and inconvenient issue at this store is that there are NEVER enough checkers!!! When you come to get groceries once a week, and you have a full cart of groceries, the last thing you wanna do is SELF CHECK!!!! I've even asked customer service why there isn't any checkers, and their reply is that "there should be". If the employee is late or whatever... then the store Mgr should fill in, or ANY Mgr should be able to step in to check customers!!! This is all management issues!!! There seems to be a lack of management there or competent managers! Hopefully this review gets to the corporate level, and something is done to address these issues, because I am only one of several people that have experienced the same frustrating issues at this store.

Staff does not wear masks correctly (under nose or under chin) and does not enforce others to even wear masks. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

How anybody can give more than one star for a store full of staff that just hangs out and chats is crazy to me. The checkers throw food. The baggers put bread under heavy items and forget asking anybody for help.
