The selection is limited and the staff is moody. If you're really into cooking you aren't likely to find detailed items here.

Not the ideal customer service. Manager Travis came off condescending and incredulous regarding a polite request to return a couple unopened, unexpired Tazo teas. Apparently, "it is corporate policy" that King Soopers does not accept any returns without a receipt. Never heard that before. Especially when it's a simple yea flavor change. *shrugs* Not returning.

Go somewhere else for your flu shot. They were not prepared, even after doing the paperwork online. Plus, the pharmacy is near the employee break room and offices where they are not wearing masks and there's no room to socially distance.

I always go into this king Soopers on a regular basis. This review is for a specific employee not the entire store. He is always extremely rude and I've never seen him actually doing anything. He is a 50 something year old man and I think his name begins with Don or something like that. It his job to be kind and help the customers and that is not the case. He makes every visit that I see him an unpleasant one. Everyone else that has ever helped me has been very kind.

This store is basically Kroger's attempt at a Whole Foods. Unfortunately, it's a fail. Go big with the concept or stick to the original King Sooper concept. They have some of the things at a regular KS but not everything so it's kind of annoying because their organic selection doesn't make up for the lack of regular selection. The location is convenient and all of the employees are helpful. Also, they lock the majority of the doors at 8pm and it's extremely annoying because there's really no need to do it. They use to have a door that led directly to the Starbucks which was super convenient when I was in a rush in the mornings but now I have to go through the front of the store and walk all the way to the back. Management, you should really reevaluate a few of these "issues".
