I’ve had a very poor experience with Comcast Business. Their billing is inconsistent and often incorrect, which has caused ongoing frustration. On top of that, they overpromise on services and performance but consistently underdeliver. I expected much better reliability for a business provider.

Fees fees fees fees fees fees. Yes, read your contract before signing. But if life throws anything at you and requires you to move or close your business, be prepared to shell out what’s left of your money to these greed monsters.

Don’t do it!!!!!! Comcast business is the WORST!!!!! Long story short if you’re not diligent about knowing exactly when your contract ends they will charge you an astronomical amount ($445 in my case) and they won’t do a thing about it. Too bad, too sad.
