First, let me be clear that I’m not an electrician. My electrician, Neal of Parker Electric, sent me here. Bonita started assisting me; she did a great job. Because of her lunch break, Eric, the owner, stepped in. GREAT experience; he was so courteous as he explained options, gave me ideas and fully supported my purchases.Cost Plus beats the typical big box store by 200%. They were their when we were in a pinch and no other hardware stores, plumbing or electrical stores in the area had the part we needed saving us time and money from driving all the way from castle rock back to Denver and was actually more affordable equipment than the original equipment we had bought back in Denver. 5 Star for having what we needed and being better priced!

Cost plus is a great electrical supplier in general but the south store is terrible, i don't think the guy's working there give bad customer service they just are working with what they can cause they don't keep the shelves stocked but not there fault. The owner needs to ramp up that store and get it running more like the central location than it would be great

Horrible customer service. They charged my credit card 5 weeks ago and now have no record of my order. While trying to track down my order they consistently hung up the phone (blamed it on their phone system). Completely unorganized and unprofessional.
