I've been in and around fitness for a long time and have joined many different types of gyms over time. This is the best training facility I've been to, ever. The coaches are top notch and everyone is welcoming. There's no ego or drama, just everyone wanting to get better and supporting each other.

Out of all the gyms within the Denver area, this is where I will train whenever I'm in town. From the people to the facility itself, it's an awesome place. Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed the moment I walked through the doors. If you're traveling and looking for an awesome place to train, go here. If you're a Colorado resident who's looking to improve your health and fitness go here. The support of the people there, to the knowledgeable coaches and the energy of the place can't be beat. This place is dope. I will be back to visit again.

The energy on this gym and the welcoming people from day one are amazing. I moved from SoCal where I had a very tight gym community and was hard to find something like that again. Still new to the gym but I am so glad to have found V23 and such amazing athletes that go there

Beau and the team he has assembled are fantastic. We joined V23 after one of the trainers at our previous gym left to start working at V23, and we could not be happier. If you are looking for a new gym or want to try something new, I strongly urge you to consider V23. Incredible community.

V23 is more than a gym. It is a community, a culture, and collectively home to some of the hardest working, dedicated and supportive group of athletes and staff I have seen anywhere else in the Denver metro. I have trained in MANY other facilities, and none of them stack up to the prestige of V23. That prestige isn't just in the fact that it has been host to multiple world records being broken by its members, or the professional NFL players, golfers and strength athletes that train there, but in how truly committed the owners, Beau and Ruthie, are to bringing the best out of their athletes and holding them accountable. V23 is a no BS, no drama environment for serious athletes and fitness enthusiasts who show up without excuses. You can go to a lot of other gyms and be surrounded by all the bros who aren't going anywhere, or you can go to where quality comes before quantity and be pushed to your absolute best. <<

I have never been as impressed as I am with a gym and it’s community than I have with V23 Athletics. The gym is built on a solid foundation of integrity, hard work, and commitment. The community, coaches, mentors, and fellow gym buddies are here to rise each other up and push each others boundaries. My mental and physical game has never been better than it is currently. I value the coaching and connections with the V23 crew for a lifetime. It’s home and a place I can truly express me:)
If you are looking for accountability, guidance, support, motivation, and a gym packed with positive vibes then you will fit right in. We all come from different types of backgrounds from athletes to never having done any kind of fitness. It doesn’t matter where or how you got here, we are all here to get work done!
