Returning customer! It’s very convenient to I-25. Clean and secure, with great customer service from Zac. It was a pleasure working with him. He gave time to explain different options and coverage of the various units, while showing me various size considerations. Very helpful. That’s one reason why I’m back!

Staff at this location has been very helpful and accommodating. The units are nice and halls are well lit. I appreciate how clean the facility is kept and the climate control has been good. I would recommend this place.

Stay away. Management refuses to repair access doors that won't lock because 'its an unexpected budget expense'. Homeless people sleep in the lobby and vandalize the interior.

I've been renting from these guys since March. It's the best storage unit i've come across. Brandon in the office is really knowledgeable and nice. They keep a really clean facility. Give Extra Space Storage a try.

I have stored my things at Extra Space Storage on Inverness Dr. for over 5 years. When I filed for divorce I needed a place to store my things since I rented a very small apartment. As I whittled away items from a very large unit, I was able to prioritize what items I really wanted to store along with items I wanted to give away or give to a non-profit. Each time downsize the price dropped. I am now down to a unit that is quite small and ease to manage both in size and financially. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

My storage was broken into about 20 units was broken into. I was on the basement level where there’s no cameras the back door barely work now they changed the back door and it still don’t seem secure. oh, and after a few months of renting the price of the unit will go up. but Jessica, the manager was very helpful. I mean, that’s the only good thing I could really say about the storage.

Great place for people with mediocre climbing skills to come steal things! Storage lockers are open air at the top. Only cameras at the elevators, so the hallways are unserveilled. My storage locker, along with multiple other customers, had their lockers climbed over and into, and the latches screwed off the inside of the doors, completely circumventing padlocks. The desk lady was kind enough to screw the latch back onto my door though.
Also, their Google page says 24/7 access. Not true (reference picture).
Also, your locker price isn't locked after you sign a contract and can be raised at any time.
