I am satisfied with the Product and its performance. I had a slight hiccups with installation and the team took care of it. Team was very helpful in explaining everything from the start from Rob then followed by Tyler for installation and Jared for supporting the hiccups. I am convinced and satisfied with the product and service.

I really appreciated all of the data that Kim N. provided me during the consultation & water testing. I love my reverse osmosis system. I recently had my filters changed under my service contract & the tech was courteous and on time. I highly recommend this system.

I was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Jared. We had a leak in the line to our Culligan filters and he was at my house within an hour — had to make several trips to fix the issue — and it has been running smoothly ever since. I will be a customer for a long time and love my Culligan water! Thank you Jared!!

My husband was tired of the whole water jug situation and we needed something more permanent.
Cici Eilert came to our home, was extremely nice and thoughtful when we explained our water needs.
We ended up getting the sink tank filter and use it for drinking, cooking and rinsing produce. We're 3 months into our contract and we absolutely love the ease of the rental process.
The water tastes really good!

This is useless team. I had worst experience with this company. They say some thing and do some. I asked for service my RO and softener. Support team mentioned their service is free but I end up seeing huge bill. When I call them, team is threatening. I don't prefer this company. There are several company brands in market with high quality, price and respect. I say this is worst team I even comeacrsoss in my life.

Recently had a home filter/ softener and reverse osmosis system installed. At our home. The water quality we were drinking and giving your children was bad but when Culligan came and treated it was worse than we could have imagined. The level of chlorine in the water at our house was comparable to a swimming pool. Now it tasted better and is so much safer for us. Install was easy and Cici was a great rep to deal with during the proposal and buildout. Very satisfied

Great experience! Culligan is definitely the best on the market and they are super easy to work with. I have hard water at the place I'm renting. Cici came out and went through all my options and even went through the effort to make sure my custom request was fulfilled with no extra effort on my part! She is awesome! Thanks Cici and thanks Culligan for fixing my water so I can actually drink it!!

If I cold give a lower score I would. They botched my install at my business and took multiple days to fix the problem. Also was promised a free upgrade and waited 4 months and was constantly given the run around not called back and when i finally did get a hold of someone they told me they couldnt do it., was not told I would be locked into a 60 month contract as well. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs
