This should actually be for 2 reviews so I think a 10 star rating would be more appropriate! I was hit the first time in a parking lot and went through someone else’s insurance during my first experience with Denver Dents. They were excellent with dealing with the insurance company involved and did an amazing job at getting my car back up to great condition. I was unfortunate to have to quickly deal with another accident, this time my fault, and Denver Dents once again stepped up and handled everything.Abbey is incredible up front and is amazing with communication and excellent customer service! Lane is very fair and an artist at what he does. You can tell he loves what he does and that can be seen with the results he produces!I will be trusting them with my vehicle moving forward. I can’t recommend Denver Dents enough!

Got a used BMW that had some minor dings that Denver Dents took care of for me. I got a few quotes and they were by far the most competitive. As others have mentioned, very friendly and efficient service.

Can't say enough good about my experiences with Lane and his staff at Denver Dents. Always quality work, at least it always looks perfect to my unprofessional eye. Abbey is a super organized and cheerful personal assistant that keeps everything on track with timely communication. She even stayed late one evening so I could pick up my car when I couldn't get there on time. I have had them do repairs that insurance paid for and repairs that I paid for out of pocket. He met with me directly both times about the car. I feel that he is fair and goes above and beyond. The place might not look like the big chains, but you can take your car there with confidence in an individual owner with integrity who runs a quality business.

Lane and his whole group of auto body professionals are friendly and talented. They took care of repairing over $7,000 in hail damage to our Prius a couple years back. Just this week they did an amazing job fixing several dents in my BMW. I highly recommend using Denver Dents.

Its hard to see in the first pic but the door was dented quite a bit with lots of paint transfer. Denver Dents was able to fix it where it was almost unnoticeable AND at 25% of the quote from a body shop that said they would have to reskin and repaint the ENTIRE door.Lane Steiner (Dir Of Operations) was great to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Denver Dents or use them again.

First of all, outstanding work on my hail- damaged Cadillac ATS! The car literally looks better than before it went in. Second, no surprises... everything went exactly as Lane said it would from the drop off and pick up details to the scope of the work to the time frame required to the cost and working with my insurance company. I have absolutely no reservations in giving Denver Dents a 5 star review.

Denver Dents did a FANTASTIC job on our Ford Expedition, which sustained some pretty significant damage thanks to a few intense CO hail storms this summer. The truck looks as good as it did the day we drove it off the lot, and they even detailed the inside, too. Would highly recommend Lane and his team; good job you guys, and thanks again!
