Very poor customer service far more worse than Rocky Mountain human service for responding and addressing clients needs, licensed should not be allowed to such careless junk as we have been trying to make referral for 2 clients since 15 to 20 days no one responded or called back, this company is not worthy to receive any ratings, clients has critical needs but the people working in developmental pathways are unresponsive. They ask the callers to leave voicemails but never receive call back uptown 2 weeks.

Daughter has been with them for over 10 years using SLS services. November they dropped the ball and did not provide the state with their paperwork! Tuesday we found out her services were terminated by the state Nov 30th because developmental pathways did not provide their requires ppwk. Now she is without services. Notified her case manager who said she submitted the ppwk, Today ( Thursday) nothing has been done to correct this or even communicated to us!!! So if you loose ur services because of their error, do not expect this to be a top priority by them to rectify this immediately!! They obviously are not concerned about the client

I have only been with DP for a short time. They have helped tremendously get my stairlift installed. Mason and his crew are fantastic and super helpful. I haven't been assigned a case manager yet but Cailun has been super helpful as well. Thank you I hope this is just the beginning of long term journey in helping me with my disabilities. I've been with other advocacy nonprofits and this one is off to a great start!

I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to get involved with Developmental Pathways. I put in the application and forgot about it. My son has IDD and is on the autism spectrum. They continued to reach out to me periodically and when my son needed services, they explained what he qualified for and helped us find the right people to work with my son. It helps that we have a wonderful case manager (shout out to Sarah M!). I have found that the right case manager makes a huge difference. Also, the parents need to be actively involved and serve as the voice of their child to determine what is needed and not needed. DP does its best with the resources available, and it's up to the child's family to actively figure out what would best serve the child. I find that the DP leadership wants to hear from the families and to be responsive to the feedback of the community. If something is not working, let them know. I am truly grateful for this organization and all the help it's providing to us!

The beginning was nice.they wanted me to prove that he still had down syndrome. Downsyndrome lasts for life. my son had the flu and couldnt show up. I texted the women hired by our case manager Pam. We informed her we couldnt make it to therapy and she showed up anyways and accused us of not being committed. Awhile later We came back and then canceled services during covid because online wasnt working out for us but they have no record of it. They now want us to do another intake. Worked hard to get ces waiver and they didnt help after that.

These services have been stressful, dramatic, and unhelpful for me as a parent with a hard of hearing child. I feel their intervention program is intrusive and unnecessary. I requested a change in my services and now I experience no help from them at all.

This experience was not good they closed the pool down when we got there and all of housekeeping quit except one the guy at the front desk Sean lied and. When he wad caught in that lie he rudely check us out even tho we had paid for 5 nights in all I felt like I was back in the 1800 and it just makes you feel sad that people are like that. And not treated like human being.

I would like to thank Developmental Pathways and Ms. Lane Lelly for an excellent service. Ms. Lane Lelly was very patient and caring to my son’s needs throughout the entire service. She would always come up with creative ways to include fun activities within the therapy that helped maintain my son engaged and on track for improvement. She would also leave us with some tools for our son to practice with. I loved how she would not only work with my son but also with my husband and I so that we could also learn how to help my son. She was very clear at informing us of any change that was needed for Kenny’s goals to be met and there was never a dull/awkward moment while she provided the home service. I am absolutely thankful for all of her help and flexibility with my family.
