Awesome service when I needed it. Did a check up and balance, also a patch in a tire with a nail. The whole thing was like $20. Carl was kind and friendly. I appreciate when an auto shop is not pushy with women, rather informative and kind! I would recommend this location for everything! But don't leave through their alley, you might actually pop a tire on the way out!! Car is doing great since and they made me feel confident in my vehicle.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires at this store and have always had great experiences here.I took a flat in to be repaired yesterday, and get a new spare.I dealt with Devon who I had never met there.We hit one minor hiccup, but Devon went the extra mile to take of it.This is the only place I'll buy tires.Thanks again Devon!!!

Made an appointment for winter tire change. Arrived 15 minutes early. It's now more than an hour since the appointment time and the car is not yet in the bay. They logged me in as arriving an hour later than I did. I presume to make it look better on their system. They estimate completion about 2 hours later than scheduled. I've had very good experiences at other stores. I'd avoid this location if you can

Update: After I had contacted Discount tires on the website this employee called me personally and apologized. I decided to change the name to R instead of listing his name, out of respect. Although I was given an apology. I still feel the entire interaction was dismissed and there was no real accountability that he literally took any decision from me and forced me to sit. R, thank you for apologizing. I do appericate it but still the incident was or will never be ok. You can not make decisions for someone. Regardless if your overwhelmed or not. This is your job.I recently had an experience at Discount Tire that I wanted to share, specifically regarding my interaction with one of their employees, R. Nov 9. 3:59 PM.I had a flat tire and pulled over to change it. However, I soon realized that the lug wrench I had wasn't fitting the lug nuts on my van. It turned out that this was because I had recently gotten new rims from another discount tire, but they didn't mention that the lug nuts were different. Feeling frustrated, I called AAA, hoping they could assist with the tire change. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me as I needed a key/attachment for the lug nuts. My only option was to have my van towed to Discount Tire.Upon arriving at Discount Tire, I met R. He was extremely helpful and assured me that I could get the necessary attachment. He even went above and beyond by ordering a new rim and tire for me. I explained to R that I had live animals in my vehicle and I just wanted to get my spare tire on quickly so I could ensure their safety. He seemed to understand my urgency.However, when I asked R how long it would take, he mentioned it might be around two hours. This was concerning to me, as I needed to get going as soon as possible. I asked if he could just sell me the attachment so I could change the tire myself, which would only take me about 10-15 minutes. To my disappointment, R simply told me to go sit down and that someone would take care of it. I felt frustrated and powerless, considering I couldn't leave without the attachment and I was worried about my animals in the van.An hour later, they finally changed my tire. When I approached one of the technicians who was putting air in the tire, I asked him if he had the attachment. Surprisingly, he handed it to me without any issues. This left me puzzled, wondering why R didn't give it to me earlier. I genuinely want to understand why he kept me waiting. I hope it wasn't due to any gender bias, but it put me in an uncomfortable situation.
