Someone from this building (or linked to this building in some way) stole my debit card info and made a $170 Boost Mobile charge. I don’t even live in this state but the charge on my account has this exact address posted as part of the charge. Quick google search and here I am. Apparently Dish Network owns Boost Mobile. I’m thinking someone who either works there, or has a Boost Mobile/Dish Network account with you at this location is using stolen money. Idk how but please try to be more careful about this. It shouldn’t be this easy to just use someone else’s information like this.

Data of Interest:
Dish brags on being given a #1 in Customer Satisfaction Sixth year in a row to Dish (per Dish ... in their category). Interesting facts about Dish from BBB:
This Dish is NOT BBB accredited.
5,401 complaints in the last 3 years against Dish
Within last 12 months 1,718 complaints against Dish, at which rate there will be over 5,000 in the next 3 yrs
only 1,119 Dish customers have left a rating which averaged out to a 1.5 out of 5.
Based on these numbers I would ignore any rating from JD Power and Dish for that matter.
I was a customer(other family member choice, not mine) more that a few years ago. Many times a year since dropping Dish I get ads in mail. I simply tore them up on the way back into the house from the mailbox. They are not BBB accredited. Then recently some odd events. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card, charge removed and card closed to avoid any more. Then I get a mailing from good ol' " it's time to harass some ex customers again with a mailing" as I scanned my credit reports for suspicious activity ..... bam! There were a large amount of routine soft inquiries by Dish on my credit report in recent history! For this reason I kept the mailing.
Looked at ad mailing from Dish. Then looked at website. Both showed two phone #'s you can call to get off of mailing list. When you do, the numbers do NOT identify themselves as these are Automated Answering recordings. Big request right off the bat! Give your social security number! By the way, this is considered one of the top ways to get involved in a scam! Searched internet. Found email contact for Dish. At the end of several emails, I was told it would take 45 days to remove me from their (Dish) data. How outdated is this system! Further, all the other folks that Dish had shared my data with, Dish could do nothing about and they recommended calling the 2 numbers mentioned previously. Dish NEVER responded to my concern over a large amount of credit report inquiries by Dish that had happened / was still happening! Further I asked for name of company & address behind the numbers that Dish proudly touts in their mailing and on the website. Dish never responded to that! Suspicious to me! So, beware! It would seem that Dish keeps ALL data on past customers endlessly, thus needlessly exposing data of a multitude of ex customers if Dish is ever hacked. Ignoring request to explain continuing credit checks or give name / address of company(s) they tout are reason enough to stay away from these people!

Company ran by absolute scumbags. I have boost mobile through them and it took me about a half hour just to load this page so I could write this review. They throttle you down to 80s internet speeds and don't allow you to restart your plan to restart your data, even though that would involve paying these leeches even more money, they're too stupid to take it. I hope you all lose your jobs and your company implodes. Greedy corporate losers with no talent work here. You're everything wrong with this country. The world will be a better place without this company and the failures running it, can't wait for their collapse and the class action lawsuits to come for them. Burn in hell

As a loyal customer of Dish for over 13 years, my recent encounter with their customer service has left me deeply disappointed. Despite years of enjoying their services and even recommending them to friends and family, my attempt to cancel my subscription turned into an unpleasant ordeal.
In recent years, my viewing habits had shifted, and I found myself relying solely on streaming services for my entertainment needs. When I reached out to Dish to cancel my subscription, I expected a smooth and straightforward process.
However, what followed was a barrage of intrusive and unnecessary questions from their customer service representatives. Despite explaining that I no longer utilized Dish's services and wanted to cancel, I was met with persistent inquiries about "why" I was canceling. Each representative seemed unable to comprehend my decision, insisting on justification for my choice.
Despite my polite refusal to provide personal details, I was met with disrespect and condescension. One representative even went as far as to imply that I was foolish for not justifying my decision. As a consumer, I should not be made to feel belittled for exercising my right to choose the services that best suit my needs.
This negative experience has not only tarnished my perception of Dish but has also led me to reconsider recommending their services to others. Furthermore, if I ever decide to return to a cable or satellite service provider in the future, Dish will not even be considered as an option.
In conclusion, my long-standing loyalty to Dish has been overshadowed by the disappointing treatment I received during my attempt to cancel. It is my hope that Dish will take this feedback seriously and strive to improve their customer service practices to prevent others from enduring similar unpleasant experiences.

Dish offers free installation meaning they provide the consumer with the ANTENNA and equipment to make the service work, when the cancelation of the service happens, they do not remove the antenna that belongs to them, on top of that, if you request them to remove it, they want to charge the consumer over $ 150.00 for the removal, so far, I never had an issue with the service until the cancellation time, IT IS A COMPANY THAT ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE NOR CUSTOMERS TIME, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I've had Dish since 2002. I got a message that I had to upgrade my satellite dish and the box because they are now obsolete. I called to schedule the exchange of the equipment. I was surprised and angry to find out when this was done I would be required to have an additional 2 year contract with a substantial cancel penalty. Please ask if you have a similar circumstance, they did not volunteer this information. I did not schedule the exchange, and when my current equipment no longer works, I will stop being a Dish customer.

I purchased their services with the promise of a 500 dollar visa card. It's months later, no 500 dollars. The company stated that I had 72 days to go online and request the card. That was news to me, so here I be, over 72 days later, Dish says I blew it because I didn't request the card in time. Well, I am not the only one, so I don't feel too bad. I fear they, Dish, will be purchased by Direct TV. I left them for Dish. What a cruel, cruel world. One day soon, we will have the upper hand. I have replaced my landline with Ooma, it's a 7 dollars a month wifi landline, it works great. I was paying AT&T 60 dollars a month for their landline service.
