My experience with Dove Valley Storage has been exemplary over the 4-5 years I’ve stored a motorcycle trailer with them. Through 2 different owners I’ve not experienced anything but excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend this facility based on price, security and great service.

Terrible experience, I cancelled my reservation the same day I made it, before I signed the contract. They charged my card anyway and refused a refund! Terrible service!

the property is amazing.. the management tho ... michelle is great but the one above her .. straight up rude .. didnt even introduce himself before he talked with a insulting tone based on his assumptions of us (my gf and i) .being of a lower class ..
kicked us out for no reasons other then the fact that they dont need a reason as stated in the lease ... DONT BE FOOLED THIS PLACE A JOKE FOR YUPPIES

Well the new manager in the front desk think his name was Larry was very helpful today getting me a ten by ten storage, he even stayed a little late to get me taken care of and the lock last minute.

DO NOT LET THEM RENT OUT YOUR VAN. we have been working with the van rental, and it has been short of a nightmare. They refused to take our calls, fix any repairs that the renters caused and then when we asked to pull our vehicle from their program, they have not called us back since October it is now January.
When we call a new person is always working there so it seems like they can’t even keep employees. Save yourself and rent with someone else.

The rental experience here is exceptional. Having rented several units over the course of this past year has been nothing less than a breeze. I feel very safe in this rental community.
