We sat with Chris In January, and were given to expect 2 days at the most once someone was onsite. Schedules were 6 weeks out. We got the shower in on March 11, but we're still waiting to have the glass people come and measure and we're now told that will be another 3-5 weeks for the glass, which is a long time. Given a credit score in 800's and an interest rate of over 20% this is expensive and delivery is disappointing at best. Buyer Beware!

VERY BAD: I have been trying for one week to talk to some one about a problem I am having with my hand held shower . Every one I have talked to said " I will forward an e-mail to the proper person in Colorado". But no body has made an effort to contact me. It is sad that we paid several thousands dollars for this project and we CANNOT even get any to communicate with us!!!

I am so disappointed in Dreamstyle Remodeling. We got our shower done about 2 years ago. Before we actually said yes to them they said we would get free caulking done when the shower needed it. Also the shower is now dis-corloring. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS! The material must have been cheap in order to start this. They also added in the wrong shower head at the beginning, but we decided to let that go. We have been calling them to get this figured out and 2 times we called and left a message both times, no call back. This last time they sent us over to the service line, I got a voicemail. Again, left a message. We got a call back and the guy said he hadn't worked there for a year so not sure why they sent us to him. We spent 20K on this and so disappointed in it all.

Horrible customer service for any repairs. I have been dealing with a leaking shower for over 6 months. They have been out a few times and replace the same part every time and then it breaks a few weeks later. No one ever calls back when you call for service and it takes 5 or more calls/voicemails to get an actual person on the phone. 100% Would not recommend.

We first went with DreamStyle in 2019. The company was highly rated. We had them install several windows and two external doors. One of the doors we told them would be attached to a floating wall that is above a floating door. They said this would be no problem and if there were any issues with the door they would guarantee their work for the life of the door as long as we were still the home owners. It is clear that the door was attached more to the floor than the floating wall. There is shifting going on and we have called Dreamstyle several times. They finally responded after the 6 time calling. When they came out to fix the door they said it was because the wrong hinges were installed. So we waited about a month for them to come back with the new hinges. I told them several times that the problem was probably with the frame. They insisted to adjust the door. The hinges were placed crooked on the frame and the adjusted the holes in the fame for the door latch's. Our door is now crooked and difficult to open. We spent about $4,000 on the door and it barely works.Update....Due to my review, Dreamstyle reached out to us to make repairs. They ordered us a new doors and made sure that the door would not be attached to the floor but rather anchored using the floating wall. They were quick to get everything fix and working properly. We are very happy with the updated repairs. They definitely stand by their warranty. Thank you for making things right for us.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced, and could not be happier! Our installers Roy and Anthony did a magnificent job. Our cabinets are 30+ years old, and they went the extra mile to make them look and function as if brand new. They communicated clearly with us throughout the process to make sure we received exactly what was promised, and even helped us make some last minute decisions that made the final product perfect for our specific layout. Thank you to the whole team at Dreamstyle - we love our new kitchen!

Because we are getting older, we wanted to change our shower for one we could continue to use comfortably, so we replaced the master shower with a new one by Dreamstyle. We consulted several shower replacement companies, but Dreamstyle had the best options. They use high quality materials. The new shower looks clean and inviting. In fact, the walls are easy to clean, as are the doors and the floor. We are grateful for the installed grips on two walls, which we really needed.However, once we started to use the shower, we did not like the shower head nor the wand. We wanted ADA compliant, which the ones we were offered were not. We wrote Dreamstyle an email on a Wednesday. We talked to two very helpful customer service people.The next Monday, Eric Crochet came by to see what the issues were. He was terrific, professional and respectful. He listened to us. He had the right parts on hand and was able to change out the shower head and wand on the spot. We love the new ones. They are easy to use and can be adjusted to the correct height for each of us.We are very impressed with the quick response to our concerns. We thought we’d have to wait weeks. Having it finished in such a short time was a great relief.Now we totally love our shower. We would recommend Dreamstyles without qualifications, because if something needs redoing, they come and fix it almost immediately.

I clicked on a Facebook ad to upgrade my master bath tub to a luxurious walk-in shower in mid-November. Dreamstyle Remodeling contacted me immediately and scheduled a sales associate within 24 hours. The sales associate, Jenna Hunter, came over to my house the very next day and went over many different options. She reviewed my space and then spent 2 hours going over several options that would suit my needs and my style. We selected the beautiful Poseidon option which turned out amazing! Jenna did a great job listening to what I wanted and providing options for both the style and financing. She did a fantastic job selling me on the promise of a beautiful upgrade. She told me it would take 5-6 weeks for the install to occur. I was contacted 3 weeks later and scheduled the install within 4 weeks of Jenna coming to my home. The 2 installers who arrived on the date of the install, were on time, professional, and delivered an amazing result. They did a fantastic job upgrading the outdated space. Then, about a week later, the glass installer, Eric Crochet, arrived with the glass wall and did an amazing job completing the project in that space. He was on time, professional and delivered an outstanding final product. From the scheduler, to the sales associate Jenna Hunter, the 2 installers and the glass installer, Eric Crochet, I was beyond impressed with how Dreamstyle sold and delivered an amazing result to this project. I would HIGHLY recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling for your bathroom upgrade needs.

Do not do business with Dreamstyle! They installed a new shower at my moms house and it was not done correctly. The tile was supposed to be installed floor to ceiling on all three walls. One wall was installed with two pieces and a seam right in the middle. The installer told my mom is was measured wrong but to complete the job it had to be finished in two pieces. I have been calling for a week now trying to talk to someone who can help get this issue resolved. I have been transferred to several departments where no one can help me. The one time I was able to talk to a manager, he was completely rude, lectured me on what a reputable company Dreamstyle is and then hung up on me. They are very quick to take your money, do shotty work and then no one takes accountability. Good luck trying to get what you paid for. For the 15k price my mom paid for this new bathroom, it was definitely not worth it! It has been a nightmare!!! Steer clear of working with this company!

Our custom shower install proved to be more work than was expected due to the DIY job of the previous owner. However, the team at Dreamstyle worked hard to fix the problems from the previous owner, they were professional, and the new shower looks great! From Aaron Gomez who came to our home to do the initial quote, and Chantelle who was our customer liasion that on top of the whole build making sure it was done right, to Jose and Jezus who worked hard every day to build our shower. It was a good experience!

Our sales person promised the quality was worth the price and that the materials on our walls would be seamless and wouldn't look like plastic. The price of 27K was outrageous to us, especially because it was only for the shower area and the flooring, but we were told that everything being done would be guaranteed for the life of our home. We asked for a wider, custom shower base and a treated glass that repelled water stains. An acrylic base was marked on our contract and I called many times before installation to correct that because it wasn't what we asked for, but no one would answer the phones. When we finally did get someone, it was almost install time and we were told the salesman was no longer available to talk to. When the smaller, acrylic base was delivered, I was very frustrated. The walls being installed had 3/4 in plastic seams that made that half of the bathroom look like a mobile home. I called and asked to speak to the contractor, who we only saw once. He said it could take months to get a different base here and the bathroom would be unusable until then. Then the glass showed up, untreated, just regular glass, and we were handed a spray that was supposed to help repel water stains. The project took four days, but we were contracted and paid for 12 days of labor. The final project looked fine, if you're into track housing. The plastic shelves in the Kohler insert kept falling out and the shower leaked. We called to speak to a supervisor. They only gave us a mere 2K back and said that they stood by the quality of their work and materials and reminded us that everything is guaranteed. We have now had our bathroom for 3 years. The shower base is cracked, the shelves fall out constantly, the shower head still leaks. I have been calling for three weeks, trying now and still have no actual contact. One return message was left that said they don't even have someone hired to answer phones in the service department! Terrible customer service!I have been trying for SIX MONTHS to get my floor replaced for the THIRD TIME.The entire bathroom remodel, including the floor, occurred one year ago. Three months later the floor began cracking, lifting, and peeling. Dreamstyle came out to replace the floor. Three months later the floor began deteriorating the exact same way.After calling, and emailing photos to Jill Webb DOZENS of times, it has now been SIX MONTHS with no repair. In fact, there is now further damage done by a worker who came out to inspect by peeling off the baseboard and a row of flooring!Jill Webb takes a MINIMUM of two weeks to respond to any phone call or email.The original crew did not shop vac the demolition debris before GLUING a floating flooring down. Not once did a supervisor come out to inspect their work. They were also the crew who repeated the faulty floor installation a second time.Now, one year after the original bathroom remodel, not only is my floor a disaster, awaiting a THIRD install, but the BLACK caulking the crew used to install the white shower surround is bleeding THROUGH the white surround.The install is amateur, the customer service is ABYSMAL.Save yourself ongoing hassle and find a different company for your remodel.
