This is a horrible company to do business with a bunch of thieves. They tell you one thing and then do another, their fees are to high and change with the wind look around this company is the worse.

Do not use this company ever! They "auto renew" your account without any notification. They took 1300 from my account without any explanation.

This company is so sketchy. DO NOT USE them. They auto renewed without notification (even though I emailed them about my contract with NO RESPONSE) and now they took 1300 out of my account without explanation. Stay away from EPS-NA! Run away from this company

Haven't had service for over two years. Noticed they were still drawing money from my account. Called to cancel and they said I had to be outside 90 days of annual contract to cancel, which of course I was not. Now they want another 14 months of premium from me even though Im getting no service. Extremely rude, unprofessional- drew over $800 out of my account without permission for "buyout". STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!

16 years ...they have been renewing my contract never used their services. called to figure out what and who has been taking money out of my business account. called explained situation . refused to end contract after 16 years of auto renewing. no mail,no phone calls, no statements .. .. bad business practices... i wasnt asking for any money back just stop taking money out of the account...they refused ... was told by an "amy" its not significant amount of money ... you'll have to wait till august... she and the so called ceo...

My business was closed due to COVID19 After 10 years of being a faithful customer. EPS continued to charge me monthly for maintenance fee and admin fee for services that were not needed. I called to explain the situation. They said there was nothing they could do and we had to pay until the contract was up. Unfortunately, the contract auto renews every year. So I am stuck paying $35 a month for nothing. Terrible customer service during this pandemic.

I am very frustrated with their service. They have never forgot to charge my account but it's been a year since they owed me $12.50 that had to be refunded and up until today I still have not received it after multiple attempts to call and remind them they owe me money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The worst worst company and service ever. I am canceling my contract with them after 1 yr and 8 months (Paying $300) because of their lack of communication, the card machine has a lot of problems, Only solution they had for me was “Turn of the machine for 30 seconds†It never worked. I had to research about the machine and had to fix many problems myself. They charged about $900 for crappy machine and fees. Now that I think about it, they scammed us. Very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. Not recommend this company to my family and friends.

STAY AWAY from these guys. There customer service is horrible ive been a customer for six months and had no problem then the nightmare begin first of all they hang up my calls they started to debit funds out of my account they said the customer filed chargeback so i called my clients and they told me they never filed chargeback they even showed proof of their bank account statements and this is just not one client but atleast 12 of mines EPS takes the money out of your accounts and keeps it for themselves these guys are big crooks then when i tried to cancel the main manager started threatening me they will file a law suit then i had no resort than to reach out to my lawyer; he then wrote a letter to them. As soon as my lawyer wrote a letter they refunded all of my debited funds the moral behind this is that DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. These guys made me waste $400 on a lawyer to get my money back.
