I lived here for over a year and a half and had a pleasant stay. I moved to a bigger apartment during my stay, and it was an easy transition. (They mapped out all pricing changes and fees; I would encourage having in depth conversations with leasing about pricing for your own benefit) Anytime I needed anything, the staff was easy to communicate with. Alexia, Stephanie, and the newer staff have always been so kind. Vinny in maintenance has always been so awesome; my son always loved seeing him and saying hi to him!
While parking is limited, they do provide garage options and covered spots (that of course include a fee... but that's anywhere). I found a covered spot close to my building entrance, and it made life convenient.
In apartment living, it is a given to deal with some tenants that are not as respectful as others (unfortunately that's everywhere). I communicated with my neighbors and developed friendships out of that. Anytime I did have a complaint, the staff listened and we did our best to come up with a resolution. They don't know the problem if you don't communicate with them!
This complex is in a very convenient location; close to I-25, light rail station close by, Walmart down the street, and entertainment is easy to get to. The clubhouse is great and spacious and my son loved the pool over the summertime!

Horrible place to live. Sanitation issues, property manager Stephanie is incoherent and insufferable to work with. This place has potential. With new management, that could possibly be achieved. Vehicles are not safe to park outside as mine has been broken into twice now. Management is shady with funds & fees. If higher up management looked into this, they would see the negligence happening at this place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would, maintenance guys are the worst. Anywhere you park there with their lack of parking they block you in with golf carts. Luckily the guy who did it wasn’t around or it wouldn’t be a review it would be choice words.

I would never live here again, I’d give 0 stars if I could . Our experience living at Elevate has been consistently disappointing.
Rent is high, parking isn’t included, and even after paying for it, spaces are rarely available so we often had to park across the street at a private office building. The trash area is almost always overflowing and unsanitary, and at one point there were dirty diapers left in front of our door in the hallway for multiple days. Our car was broken into twice during our time there, with items stolen, and management did nothing to improve security or even notify residents of the incidents.
The on-site management has been unreliable and unprofessional. The former manager quit suddenly, and later used residents’ personal email addresses to contact us through her new business , a serious data privacy violation that the company has yet to properly address. My sister, who still lives there, even had the SWAT team raid the apartment above her, with officers pointing guns and breaking down doors , yet the leasing office made no effort to communicate, reassure, or even acknowledge the incident afterward.
Since moving out, things have only gotten worse. We paid full rent through the end of our lease but the office tried to overcharge us for a mistake they made which we had to fight for 2 weeks. Nearly three months later, with many emails, and phone calls to corporate we only now just received our security deposit refund check, despite being told multiple times that it was “in the mail.” Corporate policies and communication have been equally slow and unhelpful.
Between the poor management, lack of accountability, safety concerns, sanitation issues, and blatant mishandling of residents’ personal data and funds, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. I hope future residents have a better experience but based on everything we’ve been through, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The speeding from loud exhaust sports cars, motorcycles and others speeding through parking lot and around the block has gotten out of control! Increase the height of the speed bumps or get police to monitor! Someone is going to get hurt! Late evenings it’s hard to sleep due to loud noise from cars inside parking lot and from Havana traffic. So many sirens weekly, I feel like I’m visiting NYC!

Extremely bad management. No one ever could answer a question and kept ending up with random fees. Lived there only 3 months and was hardly there and ended up with over a grand in “damages” that we did not do. Do not recommend getting involved in any lease with this establishment.

Terrible experience, the management never try to help, every time we need something always turn into an argument, it is really hard to communicate with Stephanie, I hope the staff can work in a better customer service.
The most important thing the hidden, high and ridiculous fees, the rent seems reasonable but they don’t say everything about the fees.
People very loud, smells like weed all the time and the pools smells terrible.
The gym equipment been broken for long time, they never fix it.

Be careful about this very greedy place. I had a need for a short term lease in the area. They said only 3+ month with $400 extra fee each month for a $1600 apartment. I agreed on that. I need to start on 4/26 but they won't allow me to end on 7/26, have to end on 7/31. For the 5 days in April, they prorated the $1600, but charges the whole $400 as well as full on all the other fees for the 5 days. It is been built for many years. We think it is in pretty good condition in our standard. We checked ok on the move in list. But when we moved out, they used a higher standard than lookin at a brand new house. As in the attached picture, a tiny obvious original painting imperfection, they try to charge us for touch up paint. They even pull out the carpet to check the botton of the carpet. Do I suppose to pull out all the carpet when I move in?! They just washed the outside so it was wet. I removed my shoes to go in. I also pointed it out to them. They ignore it so there's wet dirty shoe marks all over the floor, but they try to charge me for tiny things for cleaning?! My suggestion is try to avoid this apartment. If you can't avoid. Put every tiny thing on the list, chances are you won't be able to find them all. So they will try to charge you on your deposit. Also, they use a company Parkm.com for parking. I thought I sign up for period I live there, NO! the charge you the day you sign up. I sign up on 4/22. I cancelled it on 7/22, but I still got charge for on 7/24 for the next month. They don't even have a number to call for the issue.

My experience at Elevate has been incredibly frustrating. The pool area becomes a noisy party zone at night, making it impossible to sleep. There have been so many times when I would wake up at 1 am from people screaming or playing music by the pool. If you’re in an upper-floor unit, expect constant banging from neighbors below who complain about every little noise. The management is unhelpful and uncommunicative. They avoid addressing issues and just refer to the lease, insisting you should have read it more carefully. It feels like they hide details in the lease and then blame you for not knowing. Parking is another major issue. Finding a spot after 5 or 6 pm is nearly impossible, and renting a designated spot or garage costs between $100 and $200, which really adds up with the high utility charges. Overall, this place is poorly managed and frustrating to live in. If you decide to move here, make sure you read every single line of the lease.
