The one star is for how nice they are at the location. I would give 0 stars for never answering the phone. Everything with enterprise is branch specific so trying to reach them for 4 hours with no one picking up during business hours is absolutely insane.

Kentucky Clark and his team at the 4895 location were friendly and made the experience very pleasant. The rental was clean and comparable to my vehicle.

I work for Fairway Collision Center and I had a customer that needed a rental vehicle ASAP and the assistant manager Matt was an absolute god send. I had been calling other branches of Enterprise in an attempt to get this customer set up and he was the only one that was able to accommodate in the area. He was also very friendly and helped with all of my billing questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had to switch out a car due to poor wipers and service needed per computer. I had limited time so made sure this location had a car and would be a fast switch out. I had to wait for 45 min, I did get a comparable car, but the wipers were falling apart despite me asking yay they worked (has been pouring). I had to buy some and replace myself the following day. Super annoyed.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ALLOW PETS INSIDE THEIR CARS. I’m not sure how they are able to go against the enterprise policy of being pet friendly but they have one single sign on their front door that says “no pets or $250 fine”.Our car was detailed poorly inside. It had vomit of some sort all over the interior roof and on the back of the leather chairs. I did not open the car door and inspect the inside before I was given the keys and signed. Overall it was okay; but we would choose a different location next time!

Clark at the Broadway location is a gem! Kind, polite, respectful, helped me with insurance companies, and got me into a car that was comparable to mine when insurance tried not to cover it. I had a location much closer to me but chose to go to this one specifically because of Clark and the top quality customer service he provides. Thank you Clark!

From picking up my rav4 to extending my reservation, I had nothing short of an amazing experience! They were clear about everything; no hidden fees, etc. From here on out, this will be the only company/location I rent from. In particular, Jackson was incredibly helpful and cordial throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Enterprise on South Broadway, for making this a pain free experience :)
