Horrible people and dealership. They literally do the bare minimum to sell you a rusted out and broken car that will fail you immediately. Shady business practices and no ownership of their mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They are garbage people. I know of a financing contract and they don't comply with the contract they give you. Don't buy more cars from them. Apart from the truck I bought from them, I could cancel it 6 months after I bought it because they are not responsible. with the papers

Run from this dealer! My son bought a truck from them and the engine light came on within 24 hours! The truck wouldn’t pass the emissions test. It needed a new catalytic converter! They wouldn’t take the truck back, offer a repair or anything! My poor son had saved for a year for his truck and was devastated. This dealer is crooked! Their lot looks like a junk yard. The truck was full of trash when we test drove it. We should have known that it was a sketchy dealer who lays in wait to take advantage of buyers. Buyer beware and do not make the same mistake we did!!

EPB auto was a wonderful place to purchase my son his first vehicle! Bryan helped us out and was very friendly, fair, and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on his lot! Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back the next time I need a vehicle!

EPB auto was nice and busy when i stopped by looking for a used truck, and Bryan still took the time to help me find exactly the car that i was looking for that day! Great location, fair pricing, lovely staff, will be coming back again!

Very bad experience, They sold me a LEMON CAR ( bad car ) BMW X5. This car had a bad engine. Bmw charged $3,000 to fix the car.•The ladies at the front counter are very unprofessional.•Added almost $200 in fees which where never explained from the start I made the deal with Bryan,•I don’t recommend this dealer to anybodyplease be ware!!
