I've been with these guys for a little over two years now, and they are wonderful. If I ever have an issue, they are quick to handle it, and they have been gracious and flexible with any billing hiccups so long as I communicate in a timely manner. I'd love to highlight Joan in particular! She is so efficient and very sweet. Love this place and trust them with my things!

Raised rent multiple times over the 1.5 years. Started at $150 a month and then went up to $300 a month by the time we moved out. Our move out was delayed by a couple of days due to unforeseen circumstances, so we ended up moving out on the first of the month. They forced us to pay for the entire month, essentially paying for 29 days of storage we won't be using. Definitely won't be returning in the future. Additionally found mice droppings in/on our items through out the stay.

Absolutely excellent service from Joan. Answered every question great expertise and service. Was courteous, knowledgeable, amicable, and friendly to great extent. Would absolutely recommend her help in any task needed.
No doubt Joan is an excellent employee and was quick to help and answer any questions.

We recently rented a space at this location and we want to recognize the awesome customer service we got from Joan! On our first visit she took time to show us some storage spaces even though she was on her way to a meeting when we arrived. She said "customers come first" and she meant it! We came back the next day to rent a space and she was very thorough and answered all our questions. We are very happy with this Public Storage location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for extra storage space!
