Bre & all the staff here are so friendly, helpful (even calling when the bill is almost due to avoid fees) I have stored my belongings here for over a year and not only is it kept well cleaned, I have felt more safe in this facility than I have any other in my past!

The man who showed me around the facility was so kind and helpful! Everything looks so clean, and I love that they have push carts to help move stuff. I’m excited to start moving my stuff in. ☺️

Jorge at the Sante Fe location provided great customer service. Storage is safe, clean, climate controlled, and affordable. We had a uhaul storage locker that was half the size and almost double the cost

This Extra Space Storage location has met/exceeded my expectations! Sandy is a natural for Customer Service, I was frustrated because I couldn't get to my unit and she helped me with an alternate route and made it even easier than the route I was originally going to take, thank you very much Sandy! Jorge is just as Awesome as Sandy, he is the site manager and is on his way to being the male equivalent of Brenda (site manager in Littleton, CO at the South Park Way location, she is Awesome), he helped me get a unit in Englewood when I was leaving the Littleton location at South Park Way, Sandy, Jorge, Brenda, are Great people on the team at Extra Space Storage! Thanks y'all!

Horrible, expensive and the worst storage experience I have ever had to endure. Place has rats and zero security and I do mean zero. They don't keep track of anyone going in or out and breaking and theft are a constant at this place. My unit and several other units were broken into and my unit is located on the corner and there is only my unit and a dead end. There is a security camera that literally faces my unit and they said they cant get any footage of the person going in or out? Sounds like an inside job to me. Thank God nothing all that valuable was in there.

Sandy provided excellent customer service. Our family was dealing with a stressful situation and she was there to provide us with exactly what we needed. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to all our friends and family!!!

Terrible management. When I first got the unit I had to wait over 3 hours for someone to show up to the location to let me in and had to pay extra for the extra 3 hours for my movers and truck rental that was not reimbursed . I signed up for automatic payments and when I saw it wasn’t pulling I called to reassure that the issue would be fixed in the system I was told it was fixed and next thing I know I’m receiving an email stating my unit is being auctioned off . I called to get help to try and solve the situation and all staff were not friendly or helpful. Also terrible security I saw homeless people breaking in all the time! And very overpriced for poor staff and poor security. Please do not waste your money with this place .

They found some people living in one of the units, then gave them a job running the business. Expect to be robbed if you store your things here. They have unit beak-ins almost every week, and take zero preventative measures.
