I believe your guy bring me my box after online shopping. He left box at first floor by stairs but my apartment is at 3rd floor. All numbers on the door but he just left at first floor even box was not heavy. I paid for express delivery you guys did express but it is bad quality service, it is so easy lost something like that box which I bought. And even there was note about apartment at 3rd floor. SHAME you guys don’t doing service for money which you getting from customers

Very helpful. I was able to retrieve a shipment that was held up because our address was not updated. We are now able to be better served by the info given from an attentive employee. I believe his name is Robert. Thank you Robert.

Man oh man. Where do i begin. If you are looking to schedule a pick up for your package at a residential address. I will 100% recommend you do so with another company.I am on a time crunch and solely came back to Colorado to ship my company stuff to Arizona. At first I was not aware that I needed a shipping label printed on my end and spent 3 hours with FedEx customer service while being passed around to a whole bunch of different people who couldn’t assist me due to a representative mistake in which they failed to send me a label or even asked if I had one already established.Come the next day while finally reaching someone who informed me that someone will come by tomorrow to pick up ALL my packages. Especially the ones being sent to PA. I only saw that a couple was picked up and the rest was left. Apparently to FedEx website where you can manage your pick up they claimed that no label was on it after i specifically! Made a whole new pick up to acquire the label for it.The customer service is beyond ridiculous and no help is offered whatsoever. I am without a car and formerly have to say to drop off these packages as those seem to be my only solution. I get that it’s the holidays but it’s no excuse for their poor lazy service

Either FedEx employee Scott Williams lied to me or this FedEx location is woefully behind the times. I was informed that the ONLY way my package could be looked up was with a tracking number. And it was a curt, unpleasant conversation.If FedEx at this location has a point of sale system that indeed can't find package by referencing name and address as printed on a valid state Driver's licenese. And indeed ONLY can look up packages for pickup from tracking numbers than corporate needs to update their systems.The local FedEx near me can look up via driver's license. So I'm leaning towards using tacking numbers is easier and Scott lied to me. If true, not a good look. Interested if this is the customer experience I should expect moving forwards. Because Brenda who called me to leave an update that my package was delivered earlier today seemed like she was much better in a customer facing role.So FedEx, which is it? Tracking numbers only or was Scott having a bad day?

Couldn’t be a worse delivery company out there! I live in a third floor condo and ordered heavy bookshelves, solely because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get them up by myself. Yet these drivers are so incompetent that they can’t carry the package up the stairs! It weighs more than me and thanks to them not doing their job I have no idea how I’m going to get it up the stairs. This is the second time this has happened and is completely unacceptable and makes my packages more prone to being stolen. Awful awful service!!!

So this is the worst company on the planet This is the worst company above. I waited five days for a package that got to their They're ground driver's lie said they came and knocked on her door I have two dogs my wife works from home Nobody came to our door lie lie they never get packages on time

Got two big boxes on my porch that were supposed to go next door to my neighbor. I would have fixed their mistake for them, but the boxes are really big and beat to hell. I didn’t want to be accused of damaging something. It took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to report it. They’re awful!

FedEx is the absolute worst. My delivery driver likes to leave my packages, big and small wherever he/she chooses. One day it may be left out near the sidewalk, while others it’s left out in the rain. And according to customer service, it’s completely okay for them to leave it at any entry point (apparently that means a sidewalk as well) as long as it doesn’t require a signature.I purposely ordered my furniture so I wouldn’t have to lug 100+ lb boxes up the stairs and yet I had to do it anyway. Be prepared to alter your schedule whenever you get a Fedex delivery, so your package doesn’t get damaged by the weather or stolen. Customer service was passive aggressive and not accommodating at all. I was basically told that once it’s delivered, it’s my problem. I’ll go out of my way from now on not to order anything that ships via this company.

Staff is not friendly and acts like it's a burden to ship your packages. We sent out numerous packages to our patients and the entire time the staff was not only grumpy but walked away in the middle of the order to go talk to other staff as the line continued to build behind me. Extremely unprofessional, I'm sure UPS and USPS would appreciate our money.
