I came into this store with a few things to work on, so I was there for a long time. John was helpful with any questions I had. Even though he was the only one working, he took care of everyone that came in and apologized for any delays. I have seen many people get overwhelmed and frustrated under such circumstances. However, John was patient and friendly to everyone. Such a nice way to start a hectic Monday morning!

I’m standing waiting to be helped, no one greeted me and a guy walks in and a woman named Karen helps him right away and says she didn’t see me waiting when she clearly did.. I had to stop her from letting me be skipped and ask for help. I felt that was rude and I felt disrespected.

There is no way I can explain how AMAZING Karen is at this location! I forgot (at 6:45p) about a trade show I had to attend the next morning and I was completely out of business cards! Sent the file in and then called th stre to asked if there was any way to get those ASAP in the morning. Karen answered the call, was extremely polite and professional and then stayed late (they close at 7pm), called me to tell me the file I sent was wrong. Walked me through sending a new file and then even went so far as to print the file and leave a note for the morning Manager (John) to complete the order ASAP. Karen is a lifesaver and John will be my new bestie tomorrow too!!!!!

The absolute absolute worst save yourself the migraine!!!! Not only did this woman take 5000 hours to check in my package. She attempted to sabotage my very important package to my mother that was being shipped overnight. Not once not twice but three times did she purposely mess up the address. I will be shocked if the package even arrives tomorrow at all this woman was insane. This kind of ignorant unprofessional behavior is not acceptable in a position like this. Luckily, after having left, my mom reviewed the receipt and noticed for the third time that she intentionally misspelled the street name which she got past me until my mom looked at it, and I had to drive back. I will continue to complain about this experience until someone fires this woman, but sadly that probably will not fix the problem as I have never once had a smooth experience walking in there.

This FedEx Office Print location always exceeds my expectations! I have placed many print jobs at this location over the past few years and they consistently deliver my jobs exactly as expected, but always earlier than anticipated. I appreciate their timelines. In addition, they really excel at customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and leave with a sincere thank you. In addition, they remember me and it's always nice to see a familiar face there. It is rare to find a business with such excellent customer service these days and it's why I continue to place orders here. I highly recommend this location for your printing needs.

Never answer the phone I call 5 time one ever picked up once I got to the building the person in the front had the worst attitude and when I will ask the person questions they will answer me in the most rude way if you're not happy working where you at you should probably look for another job somewhere else
