So impressed with the staff at this location. I sent in flyers for my missing kitty (who I found before needing the flyers), and they had the order ready 3.5 hours early and even offered to print me extra copies of the flyers on the house. Thank you so so much.

Walked in no one to help took 10 minutes for someone to finally walk up. But all she was doing was playing on her phone the whole time she was walking towards the front. And changes double to ship a package. Costs me 11.80 send it regular mail. FedEx wanted to charge .21.87 no thanks. Won't be coming back... Need better customer service.

Printing was very easy to manage and done quickly. There were a few things wrong with the initial print, but Ksenia did some trouble shooting, fixed it, and reprinted what I needed on the spot! It was wonderful and everything came out looking amazing!

Went in with a rush job. Reeves was behind the counter, informed them of my need and time issue. They then proceeded to help me with my prints and delivered the utmost of service. I have used this location many times and will continue to do so. Thank you Reeves and the rest of the team. Keep up the great work :)

They allow their trucks to violate and Harass handicap ♿️ people by parking in their handicap ♿️ spots while there're many empty spots right next to it...not right at all...

I needed 8 pages printed and spiral bound. The store was empty and there were three employees. I was told I needed to place an order and it would be 24hrs.I left and went to my regular place, FedEx Office Print & Ship at 105 Wadsworth Blvd Ste A, Lakewood, CO 80226 where they printed and spiral bound my order in 10 minutes.Perhaps your manager should call their manager for advice on how to run a place of business.

I just wanted one think printed the lady told me it would take her until tomorrow to have it done. I never had to wait they always have done it for me . They didn't it yesterday no problem but today she won't. I wanted the paper that don't Tear. I will find a different place for now on. As long as they have this lady who is in there today still working here I won't be back.. She was rude.

I came to store to make copies and the guy at register was super rude . I say hi to him and he didn't respond. I asked him for help and he walked to the back and never came back to help me . I'm never coming back to this location I have a business and I use FedEx two to three times a week never using FedEx again.

The employee working 4/8/23 locked the door on me 5 minutes to close and ignored me knocking on the door at 5:55pm. I had a very simple drop off which all he had to do was scan, it would have taken less than a minute for him to process. He rudely ignored me and then finally after me standing there for 5 minutes came and said “ya we close at 6”. You should be written up.

Always a frustrating experience dealing with fedex. Some of the employees are so condescending and have zero customer service skills.

So apparently this location does NOT recycle boxes? How does a shipping company not have a way to recycle boxes? Also, they assumed several things and did not check in with the customer. Will not be using Fed Ex again for shipping needs.

Used to be happy going here for copies and prints, but today I need to give it one star, because I could not get done in a reasonable way what I wanted to get done.I needed one copy and one print (both one-pagers). This time, the friendly employee took me to a machine to do it myself instead of handing me the pages. Fine, I though. Before proceeding with copying, I had to agree with a URL on the screen with terms. Seriously? I had to type the URL into my phone to look up the terms to see what exactly I was agreeing with. This URL lead to a 10,426-word agreement, privacy policy, terms and I-don't-know-what. I only wanted to get a copy of a one-page document (!!!) I am not buying a house! This is madness. Upon asking, there was an option for the employee to make the copy for me without me having to agree with the terms, but then I would have to pay $2.50 extra. No, of course not.I went to the UPS store instead (the library was closed), and got my copy and my print, without having to study a 10K document nor signing any other contract. A shipment from Loveland, CO to Bailey, CO has been sitting at this location for almost a week. I could have drove to Loveland, picked it up from the manufacturer and been back in 4 hours.
