*Disclaimer: this is for an online purchase, not this specific store.
When purchasing hardware, it's important to be able to hold it up to the cabinet and compare it with other products you're considering. Ferguson Home and companies like it have policies that don't match the reality of consumers buying their products and evaluating whether they will work for their home. Namely, hardware has to be in it's original packaging (so you can't see what it really looks like when holding it up to a cabinet, especially in different lighting which can really impact how the color of the handle looks on your cabinets). They also require that you pay for shipping to return the item and then charge you for shipping/take additional money out of your refund. The product I returned was in the same condition as when I purchased it and I received 25% of my money back. I recommend buying on Amazon (still be sure to confirm policies for each product) or using a company that better understands its customers.

We spent over $15,000 on plumbing fixtures for our new build, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Ferguson sent us wrong items and even left out items we had ordered. When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we’d only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake—especially on an order this expensive—they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer.
To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size.
Would not recommend based on our experience.

Go direct to buy Moen products. Not sure how Ferguson sources their products but they have colors that Moen does not even make for this product. I wanted brushed gold, they convinced me this the darker, copper is the Moen brushed gold. After installing, I left a review, Moen contacted me. Made it right and sent the actual Brushed Gold. Which is a huge difference. The salesperson never responded, and Ferguson's follow up is mediocre. Leaving me to pay for 2 installations. Just know Moen does carry the brushed gold you want, just do not buy it at Ferguson.

Stunning appliances. If you can’t find what you want at Fergusons’ it doesn’t exist. Great holiday parties too.

I ordered a Wolf Speed oven, among several other appliances, from Ferguson on August 1st. The speed oven was supposed to be available within two weeks. Months later, it’s now November 11th, and I still don’t have it.
After not hearing anything for several weeks, I had to call my sales rep, Matthew Taft, to get an update. Only then did I find out the oven was backordered until November—something he never mentioned upfront. When I called around to other Wolf appliance dealers, they all told me they had known for weeks that this specific oven was backordered. That means Ferguson sold it to me knowing full well it wasn’t available, which is incredibly dishonest.
I designed my kitchen cabinets specifically around this Wolf model, so switching to a different oven isn’t an easy option. Still, I was told it would arrive by mid-November (already a three-month delay). Then, two weeks ago, I received confirmation that it would be in the first week of November. But here we are, November 11th—and now I’m told it’s backordered again until mid-December, with zero explanation.
Every time I call, I get vague promises like “we’ll look into it,” but nobody ever follows up. Between Matthew Taft (who rarely responds in a timely fashion and is very difficult to get on the phone), Dan Piemonte (sales support), and a Benjamin I’ve spoken to by phone, not one person has actually taken responsibility or provided a straight answer.
I spent about $14,000 with Ferguson, and once they got my money, it feels like nobody cared at all about fulfilling my order or keeping me informed. How can something go from “arriving next week” to “delayed another month and a half” with no reason given? It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.
I would never recommend Ferguson to anyone—poor communication, misleading sales practices, and zero accountability.

We bought our appliances here a few years ago. We’ve had a few issues with our appliances but our consultant, Erik, has been with us every step of the way ensuring everything was made right, while making it as easy as possible for us.

We’re writing on behalf of Four Brothers Contracting, a general contracting company based in Lakewood, CO. We work on large-scale remodels, custom homes, and exterior renovations — and we rely on Ferguson for a wide range of materials across many of our projects.
As with any industry, things don’t always go perfectly — but what sets Ferguson apart is how they handle issues when they arise. Their team has consistently been responsive, reliable, and professional.
We want to give special recognition to Michael Casper, who has gone above and beyond for us on a complex remodel. His communication has been outstanding, and he’s made sure that every aspect of our material orders has been handled with care. Michael’s professionalism and commitment to service have made a big impact on keeping this project moving smoothly.
We truly value our partnership with Ferguson and look forward to continuing to work with them on future projects.

We used Ferguson for our entire kitchen remodel with high-end appliances. We had an issue with the condition of the Scotsman nugget ice machine on delivery that still has not been resolved. Then we found the the installers who hooked up our Thermador left us with a gas leak and were waiting on day 3 for a response. No sense of urgency. I couldn’t be more disappointed considering what we spent on appliances. You’re better off going to Best Buy.

Although they normally take appointments to go into the showroom, they allowed us to come with very little notice on our way from Cheyenne Wyoming to Colorado springs. Our sales representative was very helpful. I will probably buy my bathroom faucets from Ferguson because they have some of the best quality and many finishes to choose from and also have a good return policy.

Don’t waste your time going here. I took 1/2 day off to go pick out a lot of plumbing items for a new build. We spent a couple hours here choosing items with Charles who said he would email us the quote. 2 days later I sent him more items I had decided on from the website. This was 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t received the quote. He responded once to my multiple emails and phone calls stating he would send the quote by the end of the day, which never happened. Just take your business elsewhere!

This place loves to sell you items that are not compatible with each other and then not take the products back when asked. Not good.
Update to this post: Ferguson's did somewhat make the situation right by offering a credit. I accepted and all is good.

I ordered plumbing equipment on 10/5 for a 10/25 delivery. The items did not come on 10/25 and no one bothered to communicate with me. I called today, and they told me the order hadn’t even been printed for deliver. I have a plumber coming to install my order tomorrow, and still do not have e a confirmed deliver time. The customer service from this place is abysmal

We went on Friday mid-day. No one acknowledged us while we stood looking at faucets for 20 mins. I finally went up and asked the front desk for a sales person. She informed me she doubted she had someone that could help us. Meanwhile there were salespeople helping other customers but it was obvious they were done with the product discussion and just discussing personal stuff.
