Tire pressure alert went off on the highway, and after discovering a screw in my tire, I found the nearest Firestone. I had purchased the hazard plan with my last set of tires from another location. They were able to patch my tire while I waited, fitting me into a very busy schedule. Very relieved to be able to have it taken care of there!

There are 2 other tire shops within a couple blocks of this one. Save yourself a headache and money and go to either one of their competitors. These folks will at best lie and manipulate their readings to make your tires seem worse than they are, but at worse will sabotage your car so you HAVE to get a repair.

Poor experience from start to finish. The lady I booked with over the phone was very rude as far as communication goes— just snippy and condescending in general. Upon arrival, she was still a bit rude. At one point, I needed to come back and check my car for something. The car hadn’t been moved into the bay yet, so I asked for my keys. Instead of handing them over, she slowly walked out to the car with them. A bit bizarre in my opinion. After service, I found yellow chalk (pictured) all over my passenger seat…? Once I finally got to my home, I realized that they did not send me the diagnostic report of the service I just had. I called to inquire, and the lady assured me I did receive it. I did, in fact, receive an email, but this report was NOT included. The lady then claimed that my husband declined this report. My husband literally did not speak to this woman. After telling the woman this, she then told me that she CANNOT send me the diagnostic report. I promptly asked for a her manager and briefly reiterated this to him. It took him all of 10 seconds to send the report. I also inquired about the chalk all over my seat, but they claimed that they don’t use chalk. I will continue to use Firestone, but I will refrain from stepping foot into this establishment based on the terrible customer service from one individual.

There are good mechanics and then there are good people who are also mechanics. I had some car issues on a road trip from TX to OR and I ended up bringing my car in here. They were amazing. Their master tech, Bruce, has been with Firestone for over 30 years and it shows. Collin, the manager, was super communicative and went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely. If you live in the Denver area- I highly recommend this Firestone.
As a female who road trips alone often in an older vehicle (which also happens to be my dream car), I have had my fair share of impromptu break downs and I can say that these are some of the best mechanics that I have been to (and I have been to quite a few, everywhere from CA to OR to TX to MT). Breaking down in another state is never fun but these guys are great. They even showed me how to change certain fluids on my own since I was going to be driving through remote areas with poor service in an older vehicle. They genuinely cared about my well being. Thank you guys so much for everything!
