I went into firestone, and they did my breaks and rotors, had clunking sound on the driver side in front. Took it in and they tell is it's the transmission bracket underneath. I took it to jeep autonation and they found the problem. And I think firestone techs are really not looking doing vehicle Inspections. I was really mad they telling me something different. Cause when I took it jeep autonation they told me that firestone broke something when replace my brakes and rotors. I can't trust firestone nomore. I'm sorry but firestone lost my business.

Originally went in to this location to have my brakes done. Got front & rear pads and rotors replaced. For days after I was having weird noises/moaning from the front brakes and like there was issue letting up the brake pedal. They told me to give it 500 miles to adjust. Well, some time later I was still having problems. I took it back to them for another inspection and they said all was well. They took it for a "test drive" (I think just around the parking lot) and claimed "no brake noise was heard" as if my complaint wasn't valid. Over the next few weeks the problem was intermittently there. Eventually, it worsened, and a burning smell was coming from the front of my car. I was in another city across the state. I went to a firestone there who lubed my calipers. I now know they essentially put a bandaid on the problem. Eventually I went to a more mom-and-pop auto repair location, who found that my front left brake line was damaged, in response, so was the front left caliper and it was seizing. They replaced my front calipers (and hose) and it has been driving so much better since with no smell/odor. I will never know for sure, but I feel like firestone either damaged my brakes in "repair" or didn't do a full inspection or else they should have seen the problem before I dealt with it on and on for weeks. Very frustrating. Also now my brand new rotor is quite worn from the seized caliper. Thought I could expect more from Firestone.

I feel like the guys there really listen to me and truly care about me and my car needs. I don't ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of. These guys seem really honest. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, these things are important to me. Plus, they always finish my car the same day I drop it off, and usually within just a few hours

I need new tires and I went to a couple other places and Firestone was my 3rd stop. The manager Manny Gallegos was very nice and helpful despite how busy they were He over different types of tires for my car. I explained to him what was going on and what I wanted. He was very explanatory on the types of tires designed for my car and not only did he have what I wanted but what I needed as well and the price was right for everything including my oil change. Thank you Manny and Firestone.

Had a nail in my tire and I was losing air fast. The shop was busy and I was told it be 1.5 to 2 hours they got me in and finished within an hour. Jeremiah was awesome and technicians too. Thank you so much. I will recommend Firestone for any of your car services you may need.

They were able to order the tires I needed - after I had been told by Discount Tires, Tires Plus and even three other Firestones that they could NOT be ordered at all (and were discontinued even!), or not in time for my trip (only Discount tires said this). This store got them in and installed and had me headed out of town on my road trip early.
