Wonderful place to get assistance for my family's mobility issues. We were able to contact Mobility Works and they helped get a stairlift for my parents home so they can easily traverse the stairs in their house. The Home-Access guy really explained everything and kept us informed throughout the purchase and installation process. Will be talking with them the next time I need something else. They have converted vans as well, however we were not looking for them at this time

Abraham got me in for emergency ramp service without an appointment and he was very sensitive to my needs and situation. He also gave me options for the service needed and was very understanding and willing to do whatever I felt was best for our situation. My braun ability traverse (purchased from mobility works) is having problems with the door not closing. They’ve told me it’ll take at least a week to fix it. Because this is the door where the ramp is that is stuck, my van is now completely useless. Can’t get the door to open, can’t get it to shut all the way. I have a medical appointment for a pain management procedure on Wednesday that I’ve waited nearly a year for and now have to cancel because I don’t have a functional wheelchair accessible vehicle. They wouldn’t even discuss with my partner on the phone how we might secure a rental vehicle for the day of this appointment given how long I’ve had wait to get in for this procedure.Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced scheduling difficulties with MW.

Great service department. Abraham was our service guy and kept us up on the process of our van, which had problems with the ramp and the check engine light was on. It took over three hours total. Abraham explained to us the maintenance of our van and took much care to explain the overall details of the check engine light and were able to fix the problem. They have a large and nicely stocked with free snacks for their customers with nicely cleaned bathrooms. I definitely would recommend Mobility Works to friends and family to buy and service their Mobility vehicle.

These people are amazing. I was stranded alone at my doctor's office because my scooter lift wouldn't work. They sent two great technicians who were unable to solve the problem there. They loaded my scooter into their car and I followed them to their office. They stayed overtime and made sure everything was fixed! You can trust them to be honest and they can fix anything!!

We purchased a van last June. Everything was fine until we drove on twisty turny mountain roads, and the tires were rubbing at every turn. We were charged nearly $200 by Mobility Works just to tell us that they had sold us a van with the incorrect tire size (not Mobility Works fault - prior owned). We contacted Tammy because we felt like 1) The tires should have been inspected before we took possession 2) We should not have been charged to diagnose a problem that should not have occurred in the first place. Tammy contacted us, and had 4 brand new, correctly sized tires put on our van for no charge. She turned around what could have been a very unsatisfactory transaction into one where we left happy. Kudos to Tammy and her awesome team - everyone has been so nice throughout the whole process. She has earned customers for life!

This place filled out the title information incorrectly at least 3 different times! It took 6 months just to get my car registered. I had them install a lock down and they wired it incorrectly. Twice. They "fixed" it once. When I continued to have problems I was charged nearly $700 to have the incorrect wiring fixed elsewhere. They refuse to return phone calls requesting reimbursement. Terrible.

We were having some issues with the shocks, Dylan went out of his way to pick my van up as well as bring me a rental for the time he had our van. Very good communication with what was going on with it and what he was fixing with in a week he had our van fixed and riding smoothly again. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a wheelchair van..

Paid cash for a van in November 2020 and did not get the title until November 2021. They did not contact us to explain the situation and when I contacted them they would lie to me. They are incompetent.

Dylan at MobilityWorks is incredible. He helped me get the lift in my van fixed quickly and very affordably. I really feel like he went above and beyond to get the part I needed in quickly, and get it fixed. Thank you so very much for being so easy to work with. I couldn't ask for better service.

Set an appointment, when I arrived they were closing and had no record of the appointment. Purchased my sister a van mid October, have been getting the run around about a title, still unable to plate the van and have to hound Ron for updates or calls by leaving multiple messages. Poor communication and awful service, I even paid cash. Shady!

This is an excellent company. Service outstanding. Have used a lot of similar establishments in several states. None compare. High quality of technical expertise, the number one criterion, in my opinion, and excellent customer service. Fast and courteous service at reasonable prices.
