Bad Juju. We had our dealer relative look up the vehicle history. It showed 3 accidents with pictures and all. It had a rebuilt title. We were fine with that. When we got to Fusion, Desiree's info didn't match up with what we already knew about the vehicle. Then we found an inspection report in the glove box that said an alignment couldn't be completed due to possible frame damage. (See picture) When we questioned this she quickly dismissed it. Denying any possible frame damage She stopped making eye contact. When we said we planned on financing part of the purchase price, she gave false information about what our credit union would be willing to finance. Saying it had to be in cash. That was pretty much the last straw. I don't recommend. We had no issues with having to fix some things, but the dishonesty made us wonder what else might be going on.

My grandson took out a loan that he has paid on for 4 months already and alos he gave him $2000 for a sunroof that they were supposed to fix due to hair damage at the dealership and my grandson, just out of the Marine's, still does not have the car. He will not respond to texts messages only to tell my grandson that 'he is moving his company'. Check the BBB before you buy from him. He's a thief.

This man took $15000 from my grandson who purchased a hail damaged car and never delivered the car and cannot be found now. He won't return or accept calls. My grandson also has a loaner and has no idea where to leave it. Told my grandson that he was moving the dealership. Then said he would be out of town until Jan 6, 2020 which then turned into Jan 16 but of course has not contacted my grandson (1st car, recently out of military). It's been 5 months now. BTW, pull up this guys name in Google. Real standup guy.

I am blessed I found these guys and girls. From the start internet search you can find then on car gurus.com too purchasing the vehicle which only took 30 min after the test drive and I was on the road. Lance streamlined everything and made it as easy as possible. Mike the sales manager was super easy I never felt haggled and we all agreed on a price quickly. They even threw on a new set of tires. I felt listened to and all my concerns were addressed. Even checking in after to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the service. Marty the mechanic and Mo who works on all the vehicles. They are nothing but top notch and detailed and ran through everything with me about the maintenance of the car and it's condition before I purchased it. I couldn't get to the bank in time before I had to pick up the car but I had to get back to Colorado Springs to pick up my kids. They followed me to my bank so I could just leave from there you will do yourself a serious disservice if you don't check these guys out.

FANTASTIC PLACE! I found this place after I was ripped off by the last dealer (he sold me a $7,000 car with a broken transmission) and quite obviously was being very picky with picking everything out. Right away, Amber let me take the car for a day and go get it checked out by a mechanic. On top of that, she went completely above and beyond to help me get financed, to make sure I was 100% happy with the car, she let me keep the car longer then expected, and I even had some older windshield wipers on the car that Marty replaced for me for free as well as a blinker light that was out.

This place is extremely professional...my car quit running and was renting a truck ...these people are the best...they helped me find a car that i love..i beleive this place has the best mechanics in town. If anyone needs a car ..please go to fusion..they are truly a blessing and go completely out of their way to make there customer extremely happy...Thank you guys at fusion....😀

Fantastic experience all around. Lance sold me an awesome Ford 150 on a great hail sale price. They went over the top to make sure I was happy well after the car was purchased. They will also do any future work you may need on the car for a far better rate than any shop. It may not look like a big fancy car dealership, but these guys run an honest business, have great deals and will be going back when I am ready for a trailer or pop up. Thanks Lance!

They are criminals I bought an RV paid cash turn around and gave it back to them they said they get it sold for me and then fusion motorsports proceeded to have someone live in it on their lot for a year ...racked up all these lot fees and bogus fees to the point where I got $276 back from a $13,000 cash investment paid to them in cash

I brought a motor home from them, transmission started slipping on the way home, took it back, they said they would fix it and and other things that were on the I owe you bill. Have a thousand mile warranty and said everything was fixed. Picked it up several months later and the transmission still is not fixed and now they refused to honor the warranty and won't answer their phone.

I cannot stress for you to just walk inside. I know the exterior looks rough but the people and deals that await inside are way worth it. This is the classic small town used car dealer, with all the ease and commitment to excellence you would expect. After dealing with dealerships all day and constant "let me get the sales manager and see if we can go lower" the simple cash answer to "whats the best you can do?" was refreshing. The service of this place is amazing. Despite buying "as-is" i remembered a small bit of damage to the drivers side mirror as I was walking out the door. Instead of the "you should be able to fix that" or the "not my problem" I received a "we got you". the following Monday I got a text message with a picture of the replacement part, on Wednesday it was at my door. Its this level of service that is above and beyond what is expected of a dealer. And as a last thought they also beat all the dealers in town by a significant amount. If they have what you want go to fusion first and save yourself a day at the dealership.
