one of the best experiences trading in my old PlayStation. they gave me as much store credit and helped me get discounts with the pro membership thing. All these 1 star reviews are just people that should be mad at themselves for not listening to the employees.

It's a GameStop. Sometimes there's a wait while an employee does a trade in or something like that, but really this location is not any better or worse than any other GameStop I've been to. People need to tamper their expectations and just accept it for what it is: a GameStop
