General Shale is a first-class business. They produce high quality brick products, the show room is spectacular, the staff is knowledgeable as if they each have worked there all their careers. They appear to have family-friendly employee policies, which is commendable.I had extra boxes of thin brick after my project. Their restocking procedure was as seamless as the purchase process.Well done, General Shale leadership!

The crew dosnt pay atrocious to what materials they are giving you then take over 1hr to change the materials out I had to call the offer 2 time to have them serve me never coming back

Went in two days in a row to buy retaining wall blocks and caps. Quick friendly service at the front counter, good price, didn't have to buy whole pallets like I did at another place, loading was pretty fast. It's the only place in Denver metro that stocks Versa-Lok retaining wall blocks, next closest place is up in Loveland. If I ever need bricks and blocks again this is where I'm going.

Very helpful staff who will get you the proper brick for your job. Even when the showroom is full, I always feel like I can get in and out fairly efficiently.
