Kerry was great to work with and talk to. Our car was repaired back to factory and my personal specs faster than I thought it would. Great communication during the parts locating and repair process. Highly recommend and will definitely go here again if needed.

The people here are exceptional people! I was take care of in all aspects of my needs with the repairs. The clerks are very nice and the General Manger was there to answer all my questions. This is one of the most perfesssional, chilled and smooth places I've been to for car repairs. I wanna go back just to get free candy and chit chat a little more lol. Thank you all for everything.

Most unprofessional useless company I have ever dealt with in any industry. Not only repeatedly missing deadlines but repeatedly ordering the wrong parts. By the time they claimed to be finished on inspection multiple areas of the paint that were terrible including large bumps assuming dirt under the paint. Huge scratches down to the metal on the exposed frame. Parts were left off not even installed. Windshield wiper motos installed incorrectly, they don’t go past half way. Tire still had sticks and dirt between the tire and wheel but swore the wheels were reconditioned. Then the manager insisted they treat all their customers like family. Now I feel sorry for their family that anyone could be treated as poorly as they repeatedly treated us. Also don’t believe them when they claim they have lifetime warranty. They will just tell you you’re not allowed back. So much for a warranty. Probably better this way I could never trust their repairs anyway. They don’t seem qualified to even give an accurate estimate. Just go anywhere else.

Super great service...pretty dang fast too. Car had 10k damage. They repaired it flawlessly in about a week. The front desk people are super helpful and work with your insurance to get the job done. Flawless repair. Amazing work. Its the second time I've used Gerber and I wont use anyone else. Really nice facility there in Englewood, Colorado. Thank you Gerber folks!! 10 out of 10

Liam is awesome!! Such a professional, and made sure we were contacted regularly and kept us up to date on the repair of our vehicle! The two very kind ladies at the front office were extremely helpful as well. We will never go anywhere else for our vehicle repairs! Again, Liam is great!! Appreciate everything he did for us!

So disappointed. First: they sent an estimate and didn’t talk to me before starting the work. I had planned on installing the parts on my own to not have to pay the deductible. They removed that option by not discussing the damage with me. Second, they only communicate after 4 pm through a text. Third, they have had the car 2 weeks. Fourth, the bill is an additional $1,000.
This is ridiculous.

I just got my car back from repair and was very pleased. Everyone is very nice and courteous The Estimators Liam and Nick were very helpful and friendly! I have brought my Honda and Saab, I used to own, to this Gerber location in the past and they've always done a great job!

Leaving 2 stars since the work was completed. Took 2-3 more weeks than I was told. My vehicle was returned with scratches all over. Both side mirrors, the top, and trunk. I discussed this with the location, and they said to bring it back in after I left a lengthy private review. Nothing was buffed out, only buffing marks left on the trunk. The trunk also struggled shutting and they did not fix it. I specifically showed and sent photos of all of the marks that mysteriously showed up at their shop, and they clearly do not care. I am genuinely disappointed and very upset. A service like this should not settle with a car being returned in this condition.

The service is totally inefficient there. first, you need 3 appointments to replace your windshield when 1 should be enough. thus that took 4 weeks to have my windshield repaired
Second, they didn't install the windshield properly and I got leakage inside the car, I went once to fix it but still the leakage is here, I have to go a second time, but I question on there seriousness really. Not professional at all!

The management didn’t show up to apologize or at least to listen my complain, it’s Liam, the estimator, who apologized for the inconvenient and has overseen the reparation !
I want to clarify with the mechanician and workers. I don’t blame you directly but your management, which has set up a very poor and inefficient Quality Insurance process.
How professional and serious is a company where the workers have to get the blame of the management deficiency?
How respectful and committed is a management not shamed to have their team to support the blame of their own deficiency?
When you have a rating of 3.7/5, the management should question seriously themselves!

I had taken my truck in for hail repairs which they completed. However, they caused damage to my tailgate during the process. When I pointed it out, I was told that they would review the cameras to see if they caused the damage. 6 months later, no response. No emails, calls or mail explaining their findings. Just silence. So I guess just don’t contact the customer and they will go away? Poor customer service. I will never bring back a vehicle to these people. To be suggested by USAA for service was embarrassing. Now I’m stuck having to repair my own tailgate because no one will acknowledge they did something wrong.
