Zach has single handledly brought my handicap down from 20 to 8 within three lessons . I’ve never swung so good in my life . Sara is also amazing for fitting highly recommend :)

SUPER FAST re-gripping!!! I came in thinking I could get only one or two clubs and they got me in and out in mins, I brought in my own grips and every club was 3.99 for labor. I will always be coming back to this store for any adjustments.

Great store. I went there looking for a used driver. Not a big sale for them but important to me. The benefit of going to the store is you can test 'drive' them lol. I demo'd pretty much most of them on the rack. I went in the am intentionally so it wouldn't be crowded and the staff just let me at it. Yes, I bought a driver.

I purchased a pre owned driver here expecting a working driver. On the first hole of the day the club head broke off and flew into the woods. Since I didn’t have the club head, they refused to give me a refund since they “needed the head in order to sell it again” which explains why the quality of my club was so terrible as I imagine I was just the first person to lose the club head but not the first to return it. Please do not buy a club from here as I am sure they are all terrible quality and the customer service is even worse quality.

I had an awesome experience getting fitted for a new driver at Golf Galaxy, thanks to Drew. He went above and beyond — taking the time to really dial in the best fit for my swing and making sure I understood the differences between each option. What really stood out was that he even brought over a pro to give me some extra insight and help fine-tune everything. I never felt rushed, and his knowledge and patience made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking to get fitted, ask for Drew — you’ll be in great hands!

Zach and Steve were outstanding!!! I forgot my coupon and had to drive back to deduct the charges, and they took the time to process multiple returns (because I bought a hat and shoes, after buying my putter).
I'll definitely be back for the selection, discounts, but most importantly - the people.

I took my son to Golf Galaxy for a one hour driver fitting and we were greeted by a fitter who showed us to our assigned bay. The experience was great for the first 15 minutes but then the fitter left to meet with another customer. Not a huge deal – except he was gone for 15 MINUTES!! When he returned, he set my son up with another driver and left again – for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES!! I walked around the store and finally noticed him helping someone in the putting area. The associate in the bay next to us figured out what was going on and came over to help us (thank you!). Eventually, our fitter returned and set my son up with another driver. Guess what happened next? That’s right, he disappeared for a THIRD TIME!!! We couldn’t believe it. It was clear he had no interest in helping us. We had planned to purchase a new driver after the fitting but decided against it because of our experience.

I’m not one to write reviews, but Shane and Matt deserve this! I’m not the most experienced golfer, but needed some new gear (bag, shoes, grips).
Shane immediately greeted me like an old friend, was incredibly kind and helping picking out the right bag. Matt was beyond patient with me to help me find the perfect grips for my irons and putter. They have a 24 hour guarantee on re-gripping clubs, but Shane went above and beyond and re-gripped all my irons and putter for me as we were shopping around; the man had them done in literally 10 minutes. Cant thank you both enough!

Snowstorm kept the kids and I in the house too long this week. I took our 4 and 2 year old in to check out some kids clubs. Shane found us and went above and beyond to get my son in a simulator to try the clubs. He even loaded a game so it would be enjoyable and get the best result for him! Shane easily could’ve bypassed us but did the exact opposite, really impressed with the entire staff and the customer service we saw today.
