Stellar service and product!Drew was a huge help!Im a casual golfer and was looking to buy my first set of clubs instead of borrowing my friends’. I was putzing around when Drew noticed me and asked if I needed help. He was so knowledgeable and transparent about the process and costs, and helped me pick out a great premade bag of Cobra clubs that fits my needs. When I asked about financing, Shane came and helped finish up the process and I was on my way. Legitimately some of the best customer service I’ve seen and will surely come back here for any questions in the future. Thanks guys!

Two stars because they do have a great selection of clubs, balls, and apparel.Minus three stars because of the "Performance Center" part. I went to get a driver fitting and had a truly awful experience. The fitter never even introduced himself to me, just told me to hit my driver to warm up while he went to grab some options. He just pulled what he happened to have off the rack and had me hit it. During the fitting, he had multiple people come up and ask him where they could find an associate, including someone who couldn't get help at the register.Here's what Golf Galaxy claims their driver fitting is:"Length is fit to optimize the best combination of consistency and distance. The best loft choice is determined to maximize launch angle and spin – key ingredients to optimizing distance. Shaft flex and type are determined to optimize trajectory, distance and feel. The proper face angle optimizes directional control and weight to improve the balance of the driver. Grip size, style and type are also customized to improve shot consistency and provide you with the comfort, security and feel you desire from address through impact."Point by point:-We did not talk about length. No options were presented.-The fitter sometimes adjusted the loft to 8 to match my old driver and sometimes didn't. The inconsistency made it impossible to do an apples-to-apples comparison.-He just asked what flex my old driver was and picked stock options that matched. As I said, we didn't try the same head with a different shaft even once.-He adjusted face angle one time on one head.-We did not talk about grip. I play a standard+, but he just gave me whatever they had on hand.Overall, I could have done this fitting myself with 30 minutes on the trackman and access to their demo rack. After it was complete, he gave me a printout of the results with lines through it that made it effectively unreadable (see photo) and told me they no longer credit fitting fees to club purchases.I'm going to go get re-fit at a real golf shop (D'Lance) and will only be back here to purchase off the rack.

This location has been awesome to me. Mark was awesome when i purchased the clubs. Service has been great and good communication when repairs or changes were done to clubs. Only reason for 4 stars is the lessons are short for the money and i didn't receive a few recap videos. Other than the the trackman is a blast to hit on.

I came to Golf Galaxy with my wife to have her fitted on her birthday, and to buy her a full bag. Sarah (with 40 years of experience) Ye was our fitter and she was absolutely amazing, a true pro she was. My wife and I were completely blown away with how good she was and the overall experience here. Thank you! We bought a Bertha set.

This review is only directed towards the fitting personnel. The floor staff was friendly and courteous. The fitting experience zero out of ten, extremely rude and condescending... Horrible.

Went into the establishment to look at purchasing a set of clubs. Multiple reps were on the floor and didn’t offer any help, but helped others. One said hello in passing. I don’t want to be that person but being the only POC in the store I didn’t feel welcome by its guest or employees. Smh

Great selection, just ask for help! Lots of "no service" people in the reviews are the ones standing around expecting someone to come talk to them lol.Billy in service is the best!

Seems like there is a good selection of equipment and clothing. I went there to check out drivers, discuss getting fitted for a driver and a replacement set over the coming months. I was approached by one individual who said hi and had no followup after I said that I was interested in a new driver. When looking at grips, the tech in the back asked me if I needed help and when I said "not yet", his response was "good." After another poor interaction with a third salesman I left. Two days later I was fitted and bought a $800 driver from Gott Golf and will spend another $2k+ on irons in the coming months. I'm sure that in the scheme of things $3k is not a large amount for this company, but it's money that I prefer to spend where people actually care.

Does anyone work here? I went into buy a driver. The guy at the front behind the cashier's said hello. That was pretty much it. No contact from a sales associate at anytime.... Where's a good place to look for a driver?

⭐ - Disappointed with the new Golf Galaxy store. The experience has gone downhill since the revamp. The lack of available employees makes it challenging to get assistance, and their inventory is consistently limited. My last two visits were miserable due to frustrating return experiences. Also, be cautious about items requiring batteries, as the return policy is not customer-friendly and the small print can be deceiving.

Used to be good, now it seems like they don’t really try. 5 day lead time on some grip installs when it used to be same day. And there wasn’t even anyone doing any work.
