My partner was recently seen at this place, I would not recommend. He left in tears, didn’t get anywhere near anything he asked for and shown pictures of. Said services were done too quickly for him to even realize she had taken all his hair off. Asked for a refund and was denied.

Paid full price, no coupon. Two women working. The one who cut my hair took a personal phone call, where her phone rang, she answered and said hello? Hello? She must have butt dialed me. Hairdresser called back, no answer. Caller called her back and she spoke with her for a few minutes. Felt really unprofessional. I asked for a face framing and came to the appointment with my hair parted how it always is (slightly off middle) and the face framing seems to only be for one side,maybe as if I had a middle part but it also doesn't seem center. I've been dealing with this awful haircut for months. And to top it off, you are prompted to tip 25% + on the haircut at check out!

My experience with the stylists has ALWAYS been phenomenal. However, I came in with a valid coupon from a mailer for a discount cut and when checking out, it repeatedly said invalid (even though it was not expired) Very frustrated

Went to this location instead of the one I typically go to and asked for several inches be removed and long layers added.
Stylist removed several inches but their idea of “layers” was to grab chunks of hair and hack at them with the specialty scissors. It got busy while I was in the chair, so they were in a hurry to get me out. He didn’t brush all of the hacked hair out either so I shed a Lot. When I got home I took a better look and saw that they missed full strands of hair (see pic).
I’m incredibly disappointed with this haircut especially for the price. If I wanted to hack away at my hair, I’d have cut it myself.

Don’t know why but you can even give a picture to the hair stylist and they will still cut your hair the way they want.

I’ve had mixed experiences depending on the stylist I’ve gotten. Because of this I decided to leave a 2 star rather than 1 star review.
Today I went in for a cut and very clearly told my stylist that I have a few cartilage piercings on my right ear, so to please be careful when handling hair by there. She proceeded to get the comb caught in my piercings twice, the second time hard enough that the back of one of my cartilage piercings came off, and is now gone. The earring is 14k gold and not an inexpensive item. I’m very disappointed and upset by the careless service I received today.
I told the salon about this issue and they assured me they’d find the piece and get back to me, but it’s unlikely.

Scheduled our three (3) teenage girls. They called one (1) of our girls and the alleged hairstylist said she doesn't know how to cut her hair like she wanted, so we have to wait for another stylist. In stead of calling our next girl(s) the two (2) available stylists called people that came in after us. When I said that they need to follow the check-in order they said that they are. I guess they wanted the one (1) stylist to cut all three (3) of our girls different hairstyles. This is very POOR customer service. We will NOT return!!!

This Great Clips is always fast and efficient. The stylists a friendly and know how to read the person for chatty or quiet. Great haircuts too!

I’m not normally a fan of Great Clips. Where I live they always mess up my hair. I decided I wanted a haircut while out here visiting my grandma. We stopped here and I walked in and was put on a fairly short waitlist. When Yen went to cut my hair she listened to everything I was telling her and asking for. I showed her a picture of a haircut similar to what I was looking for. She did an amazing job! My new haircut looks exactly like what I wanted. Not only is Yen really good at cutting hair but she’s also very nice to talk to. If I lived out here I would undoubtedly go back to Yen every 3-4 months.
