Just started going here and I've been blessed to meet Cynthia, my new hair stylist/barber. She is very welcoming, kind, and fun to talk with. From the first time I went in, she cut my hair perfectly, even though I gave her little info on how I like it. Interactions with the other staff have been pleasant as well. 5 stars!

I wish I could give less than one star. It didn’t look that bad from the front yesterday. I asked for some face framing layers and up 2 inches. There was no reason to maul the back of my head beyond the point of repair. This just isn’t acceptable. After some research, I believe the “stylist’s” name is MANDY, but I’m not 100% certain. According to linkdin, she has 10 years of experience- so I’m not certain why she cut my hair like it was her first time. I’ve received comments such as “wow, it looks like a 5-year-old did your hair”. I’ve always been very nice, tip well, and she still botched it so embarrassingly bad.

Best great clips in the area. I go to the one here by my work on break even though I live about .25 miles from a different great clips. All because the staff is much more consistent with the quality of haircuts.

4/16/2025 @ 2pm. I took a wrong turn coming to the store, so Google Maps took me down the back alley behind the store before taking me around to the front. Out back of the store, one of the employees was smoking a dab/weed pen (and yes, she was very much out in the open it was 100% a weed pen and not a nicotine vape). When I was checking in, she came inside the shop with her eyes barely open. She was a bigger lady wearing a white graphic t-shirt with lips on it, leggings, black perm like hair, glasses. She sat in one of the stools and was playing videos out loud on her phone while laughing, it was that type of laugh where you can’t hold it in cause your high and everything is too funny. She then started talking to another woman about how she was glad not to work when corporate visited because she doesn’t know how to dress/act professional. So glad the lady who cut my hair did a good job and I wasn’t stuck with the stoned stylist. Good job Great Clips. Another location I will never visit.

This is the second time they messed up on my hair I didn't even want to say anything I just walked out. Sigh I literally just asked for my split ends to be cut off. Charge me for a full haircut when it was just a trim. And didn't even cut any of my front hair. Like the dude slicked my hair back and cut it straight in the back. And was like I'm done. Then it style it didn't even listen to what I suggested

Been here a few times. My experience was always OKAY, not great but not terrible. until today. got the same stylist i got previously not sure of her name but she was an asian woman. i asked to have my bangs trimmed to my eyebrows. she didn’t understand what i meant so i elaborated and said “have the shortest part be at my eyebrows, and on the edges leave at a little longer, at my eyes.” i even motioned with hand gestures the length. the second photo is how it turned out. the first photo is how it was before. i cannot even fathom how this happened or why. it’s like a ladder. shorter parts are probably an inch above my eyebrows and the longer parts are at my cheekbones, there’s LAYERS in my bangs. tried giving this place chances but i’m never coming back here.
