I went to another H&R location this year and have had months of problems with my taxes. My return ended up getting sent back to me so I tried a new location and was served by Paula Cox who is a TAX GODDESS! Please come to this location and see her, she was able to fix all my problems in 30mins and answer questions that other tax reps were unable to.

Tax preparer was good, but supervisor had a real chip on her shoulder and accused me of being a racist by referring to the color of her skin.

I've been going here for the past 3 to 4 years already seen Miss Paula Cox I would recommend this store and her she is the greatest awesomest and most helpful and helps you understand everything about your taxes if you don't know.
