We love shopping at the Lone Tree Joseph A Bank store. Store manager Tiffany is extremely helpful and always makes a point of welcoming us. It is a very well run store and they go out of the way to help you find what you’re looking for. We will return again and again.

Showed up without an appointment looking to find a match of color to a suit set I had for a button-up I needed, and the individuals working that day was more than helpful. Cyan specifically helped me through sizing, and options, and finding the right thing for what I needed. I didn’t end up buying after putting items on hold, as I wanted to check options elsewhere before buying, but despite that the experience provided by the team was extremely commendable. Highly recommend this location when looking for a personalized experience when it comes to purchasing suits.

Disgusting smelling dirty try ons. They do not wash their stuff prior to probably dozens of people wearing them. You might as well get a shirt at goodwill and not wash it, I promise it will be cleaner. Disgusting.

There are times when your back is against the wall and you don’t see a way out. That was us last week, when my husband’s rented tuxedo arrived three sizes too large for a wedding.
Enter Tiffany at the Lone Tree store. On Thusday evening, while we were standing in our local tailor’s shop 6.5 hours away, Tiffany was on the phone with us. She was kind, patient, and reassuring as she guided us through the right sizing and worked with us and our tailor to get everything right. Thanks to her care and expertise, a new tux arrived yesterday—and it fits beautifully.
We are so grateful for Tiffany’s professionalism, dedication, and calm guidance. She turned what felt like a disaster into a great experience.
