Would give this negative stars if I could. Do not shop here. This place is actually a scheme. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is truly not even an element of their training. Very much excited to never involve myself with them again.I went in for a fitting. They wrote down my measurements and then said I would be fine to pay upon pick up. This was not the case. I found out from the groom that my suit wasn’t “committed”. Then had to call into the branch to get them to commit the measurements which took about 30 minutes. I additionally had to then call a different customer service line to pay for the suit as I have to pay to have the measurements fully committed. I sat on the wait for about 30 minutes before I talked to anyone at this customer service arm. I then get told the total is $280. So I ask for a discount because of all the wildness. They give me a discount but apparently the discount they give me is the rewards equivalent without letting me know or informing me of a rewards program. Now I call in again and someone gets me more refunded back but still not nearly enough. I cannot wait to never use this company again.Please teach your people about the process your customers are going though. I was uninformed the whole way. Not explained a thing. This is largely the first experience I have had getting fit for a suit. People need to know the process not find out what is happening on the back end.Thank you for the worst customer experience I have ever been involved in.

I purchased 2 sport coats and the assistance was or at least started well. It turns out I can't get them to do the altering correct. If you read this take note. The sales associates are very inexperienced and do Not know what they are doing. I went through three... I worked in the clothing industry for years and believe me I know. Leaving this kind of review is difficult but they are a failure.

Worst service ever! I ordered two suits and they charged 50% for “alterations”. They took forever to get ready and they lied about the time for pick up. Now they say that I can’t cancel the order. Never again! I’m picking them up hopefully when they’re ready, but I’m never going back there. You’re better off with Macy’s or any other respectful store.

Incredible experience at this location! Tiffany & Matthew were so helpful, kind, patient, and so knowledgeable when we were looking for groomsmen suits in our wedding.

Great collection, plenty of choices and styles to choose from. Prices are a hit or miss depending on your style and size. Great Customer service, my interaction was with Peter and Ron and during both visits they took good care of me.

I enjoyed my experience here. Sales representative, Matthew, was super helpful and friendly, processed my exchange and helped me pick out just the right shirts. Had a better experience here than I expected

If you are renting a suit/tux for a wedding…beware. My husband placed an order around 11/25 for a rental tuxedo and was told it would be available on 12/28/2023. We had a flight on 12/29 to a destination wedding. On 12/28, he called to confirm the tux was ready for pickup and was told that it had not arrived and would be ready by 9AM the followingday. Thankfully, our flight was late at night. At 2PM, he went to pickup the tux and was told it had not arrived and was told it would come from 4-5PM. He patiently waited in the parking lot, called again, and was given the run around. We started to look at other stores and thinking of friends that he could borrow a tux from. When he arrived later that evening to get the tux, there was no apologizes or compensation provided. I understand things happen, but if our flight had been earlier that day, we would have been out $230 and had no tux for an important wedding…. Also, if an item is arriving late the store should be calling customers, not the other way around. We are disappointed and will never return. I do not recommend this spot to any of my friends.

I have three suits from this store. So I made an 11:00am appointment on 10/21/23 for a suit fitting and showed up about 5 minutes early. I soon realized that there was only one person working the entire store. When he finally got to me, we selected a suit and I tried it on. While waiting to get fitted for alterations, he said there was another gentleman ahead of me and proceeded to fit him. The other man had come in after me and did not have an appointment but I said it was fine anyway. I did feel bad for the employee despite him choosing to go to the other customer. After a long while, and the salesman having to assist other customers, I decided to give up. I went to Men’s Warehouse and was helped immediately by one of several qualified salesmen. I purchased the $800 suit and am looking forward to picking it up on 11/3.

Bought a suit for my daughter’s wedding. It ripped the first time I wore it before the wedding even started! I brought it in for repair after the wedding and they charged me to sew it back together! I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the register said the manager quit a few weeks ago. Everyone there seems dejected. I feel bad for the employees. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go there, it’s not worth it.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!Their employees were incredibly rude and incompetent. I made a reservation for a tux fitting. When I showed them the acknowledgment email, the rude gentleman in the kufi told me that he didn’t care that I had a reservation.When I showed him a receipt, he told me he would not fit me for a tux regardless if I wanted one. He then suggested that I’m not actually part of my own brother’s wedding party, lol.You can’t reason with such a rude man.The other people in the store were either waiting around or trying to find their tux that wasn’t in the back room.I’m sure there is another store nearby that won’t treat you like a liar if there is a small irregularity.An experience like this is the reason retail is dying.

This is the WORST store. I wish that this was a joke but I called over 40 times because I placed an expedited order that was being shipped from this location and hadn't received ANYTHING about it being shipped. Not only did they not answer a single one of the 40+ calls, they hung up on a corporate representative who was also trying to call for me. I do not know how you can be a store and not answer your phone or tend to orders. if you are deciding on ordering anything from here or the company in general DO NOT. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. I called with a simple retail group number for a suit I needed for a wedding. The guy on the phone kept telling me to "put the number into the website" and it would give me the item I needed to purchase (live 45 minutes from the closest store). However he refused to just give me the item name so I could buy it online. Then he proceeds to chastise me for not buying the suit the last time I was in the store, as if it's somehow his business what I do and do not do. Avoid this particular location if you want any sort of help what so ever and the store manager should definitely fire this dude. His customer service skills are absolutely AWFUL. I spoke with the same dude Octavio mentioned below. How many complaints must you receive before a guy get fired.

I made a styling appointment to get a suit for my wedding. However from the moment we entered we got "stares". Then when we they measured me they said they didn't have suits in my size and to try men's warehouse or DXL. They didn't even ask if I wanted a custom suite or to look at shirts or shoes. Apparently if you don't look like you have money they don't want to "deal" with you. Apparently my money isn't good enough for them.

All I want it to do is return an item but this gentleman interrogated me why I wanted to return it, who was my salesman, and how much I paid for it. I kept trying to give him my receipt and kept saying he had it. I asked for his name but dint want to give it to me. It should not take 20 minutes to return an item.
