If you need transmission work look no further, I would highly recommend these guys. At first Tyler took the time to talk to me on the phone for a while about my truck that was having issues. He quoted me a ballpark estimate for labor on what we thought it might be. Later, after realizing the labor actually calls for more time he still honored the first price he told me for labor. That was a really awesome move by him. Out of owning over ten vehicles in my life, Ive never really taken any of my cars to a mechanic so naturally I was kind of nervous not knowing what to expect. He kept me updated the whole time they had my truck and once the parts came in they had a new clutch kit and throwout bearing installed by the next day. This truck has 250,000 miles on it and runs better than ever now. I truly felt like I was in good hands and that these are some honest people that know what they are doing. They didn't try to give me the run around to make extra money by selling me on a bunch of extra parts that I didn't need right now either. Again if you need transmission work and can make it to this shop, I would recommend doing so no questions asked. Thanks fellas!

Let me look through the box of shims for a DIY transmission repair project I have going on. While I didn't find the exact shim thickness I needed, this level of willingness to help someone that may not be a customer for a repair speaks volumes of the quality of this business and for that I cannot thank you enough. I found Key Transmission after a horrible, scam worthy experience with another shop and I can’t recommend these guys enough. Tyler and Josh were incredibly helpful, efficient and trustworthy. They found the problem with my transmission immediately and were able to have it solved within a week. Then a totally unrelated issue came up and they were able to take it back and fix that as well. Everyone here treated me respectfully and gave me as much information as they could so I could make an informed decision on my vehicle. I’m so happy with my experience here, don’t bother with any one else!

Tyler was incredibly helpful and friendly. His recommendations were smart and I 100% trust that he’s looking out for my best interests and not just trying to make money off me. As a woman who has been ripped off/taken advantage of many times in the past this is GOLD. Highly recommend, these guys are trustworthy pros!

Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me out getting a new transmission for my Mazda. An expensive job for a reasonable price and he explained everything to me so I never felt taken advantage of. Very grateful for this shop getting me back in my car!

These guys are awesome! I came to Denver from Gunnison to pick up some equipment and I started havi.g transmission problems. I called and told them what was happening and they told me to limp over and they would help me out. They were running codes and trying to find out what was going on. They Ordered parts and had them the next morning! Customer service is awesome! Transmission problems? Go to Key Transmission!!!

My Mazda Miata was hard to shift and the clutch occasionally exhibited bizarre behavior. They solved both problems by replacing the master and slave clutch cylinders and replacing the transmission oil with synthetic motor oil. Over two years later I stopped in unannounced with a clutch that would hardly disengage. Within 15 minutes they had me on my way by replacing a missing nut from the clutch master cylinder mounting base - at no charge. These guys are good and fair!

Best price in town to replace my clutch and also caught one thing that the first shop said needed replaced but actually didn't. I used the money that saved to have them do my struts as well which will save me on tires. Thanks y'all!
