We recently had to add our teenage son to our policy and had a few complications. We called and talked to Ghizlane and she was able to sort everything out. She was pleasant to talk to, she returned calls when she said she would, and addressed our concerns. Thank you Ghizlane!

I've been with State Farm 8 years now and they've always treated me right. They're very responsive to questions and getting to the bottom of things. Kimberly and Anita always feel like they're "on my team" to make sure I'm getting my needs met, never trying to cut corners. Also their dogs are adorable!

I was in pursuit of a renters insurance policy and was assisted by an agent by the name of Ghizlane. She demonstrated the ability to effectively fulfill all requisitions and respond to all inquiries made. I initially harbored a degree of skepticism but was ultimately appeased when Ghizlane provided comprehensive explanations regarding the breadth of coverage and provided responses to supplemental inquiries. Ghizlane exhibited a highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable demeanor throughout the interaction, and was able to convey a clear understanding of the policy coverage on offer. Kim & Anita are awesome! My family has had policies for over 20 years with them. They have always provided honest advice as to what would be best coverage/policy for us. And I really appreciate that they send reminders so that my policies don’t lapse .

Anita was such a big help in getting information for me about my insurance policies. She even help get me better rates on my rarely used spare car.
