It was nice not having to go through anymore picket lines; let's hope it stays that way!

This is our favorite place to watch a movie. I love how it gives young people a place to start. They are always dressed well, polite, professional, and courteous.

Union protects the laziest employees. Refuses to negociate in order to force a strike. Because the rude lazy employee standing at self checkout while you scan and bag your own groceries thinks they deserve more than unskilled labor wages. I'll be breaking the picket line with no remorse. With pleasure infact.

Kinda pricey , rude customer service and security guard. But rest of employees seems decent.

The prices have gone way up since the strike. The prices haven't gone up at Walmart. That's where I'll be shopping, it's cheaper..... And yet another strike at the at the same location.

The parking lot is cramped and the exterior needs some attention.
The self checkout is always long lines directly in the way of shoppers as soon as you get in.

You must pass through a security checkpoint in order to leave a sad sign of the times

The store has everything needed at good prices, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the building feels a little run down, and the parking lot can feel unsafe after dark. Overall, it’s a convenient option with room for improvement.

I went with my husband to buy lottery tickets and a cake and a girl in customer service said that she did know how to speak Spanish but then when we asked for help and asked her about a game she was very unfriendly, the truth is that not everyone should work serving to the public if they don't like doing it

Ugh. It's my nearby grocery store, and it's just regrettable. Kroger has spent almost nothing updating this store, and it looks very similar to the way it looked in 1990 when we would stop there on the way to see shows at The Gothic. It's just so rundown without any modern amenities. They also have no baskets and only a few small shopping carts, which makes it really annoying when one just needs to buy several things.
Much of the clientele is dodgy too, which obviously isn't the fault of the store, but it certainly does not make shopping there pleasant.
The vegetarian section is also the worst of any of the King Soopers across the city that I have visited, and I often go to the nearby store on Hampden because its selection is so much better.
The only thing that I enjoy there is most of the staff is wonderful. The people in the produce are helpful, the cashiers like David are great, and the day manager (Dave, maybe?) is super friendly and has a contagious laugh.
But if it weren't in walking distance and they didn't work there, I would never step foot in this store again.
