Great experience, these are real professionals. Got us a great rate for our first mortgage as well as our HELOC and figured out a way to escape paying private mortgage insurance. We used them again for a second time for a refinance in Jan. 2022 and the experience was flawless again. They figured out how to save us $500 per month and got all of our financing on a low fixed rate. The process was smooth and painless. Give Lori and her team the highest recommendation. Don't use anyone else.

My review is coming 30 days later because the work certainly doesn't end once you close and I wanted to be sure I was in a position to write all of the great reasons why Lori and her team earned 5 stars from me and will be our sole lending company for myself and my network moving forward.For starters, my realtors told me to check out Lori's team when I thought it was too late to shop for lenders. I took a leap of faith and connects with Lori herself. WOW! Lori took the time to walk me through what sets her team apart and asked me what exactly I was looking for. Throughout the initial conversation, she continued to assure me that if her team wasn't the right team, she would bow out because ultimately it's about ME and MY family, not her business. Again, WOW! I was on the rocks, I loved what her team had to offer because I'm not even 30 and this is my first home. I need a lifetime partnership not just someone to get me to the closing table. That's what Lori and her team offer. A continued eye on rates, knowing your property's value, etc. The reason I was on the rocks is because I thought I was outside of my shopping window. NOPE. With that knowledge, I moved forward with Lori.Lori connected me with Jason who CONTINUED the FIRST CLASS SERVICE. Now you have to understand, for someone like me who doesn't have a ton of money, the treatment, the respect, the timeliness alone sets them apart from others. Jason "held my hand" every step of the way. He knew certain calls would make me nervous and he would begin with "I am confident we will close on your house... here's what I need from you". Jason would pick up the phone an explain ANY and EVERYTHING I didn't know which was HUGE. Often times when someone has been in the business a while they forget what it's like to know nothing. Not Jason, he was truly my partner every step of the way.With that said, the service did not end at closing. I am 30 days in and I have still been in contact with the Cornerstone team about small questions that pop up. Lori also reached out to schedule a follow up call to make sure I was settling in, had every piece of paperwork I needed, some tips and tricks to win at home owning etc. Lori calls it the Art of Homeownership and you can tell that her team considers themselves to be the Pablo Picasso's of the business (they even sent me a packing kit of everything I needed to move... way to save me a couple bucks when money was tight!). I am grateful to have them by my side during this adventure and feel well taken care of. They got me into the home that I wanted and we met my rigorous timeline.Thank you Lori, Jason, and the rest of Cornerstone Home Lending for being exceptional! It is because of you all that my first time home buying experience was amazing!

Lori, Jason, and their entire team made our first home purchase so easy. Jason did an amazing job explaining everything and really breaking things down so it was easy for us to understand. His knowledge, combined with his wonderful personality, just made it such an enjoyable process from start to finish. The entire process from our initial conversations to closing happened very quickly, but because of the personalized attention we received we never felt rushed or overwhelmed or confused.
