My charger broke off in the charging port of my iPad and I was unable to remove it. The gentleman at Mac Outlet fixed in literally less than a minute, and didn't charge me! They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend!!!

In an hour! I dropped my laptop broke the screen googled repair shops near me ran over to Mac Outlet and they fixed all within an HOUR! If that! 10/10 would recommend!

Mac Outlet for the last 4 years provided me with the best knowledgeable service by keeping old computers a running and selling me 2 additional great used but like new Mac’s. From Adam the owner to his 3 great assistants, I never left their store without remembering to thank G-d for their existence.

Their card reader/bank processor is abysmal dogshit. The manager/owner are great people though, they just evidently need some motivation to fix their payment system. 2 stars for the courtesy, wish it coulda been 5 stars

Beyond amazing from the moment I walked in. Honest, patient, considerate! Walked in after taking my MacBook Air to another provider that told me I need $800 worth of work. Marcos proved to me the computer is just fine and no work needs to be done. Now THAT is honest service. I will be back for any service or to buy another mac!!

Great service, I had a small hard drive fail, and Marcos replaced it as well as my slow old drive in less than 24 hours, and transferred all my programs, info, pictures, etc. seamlessly onto a giant ssd drive. Also upgraded my Ram for a great price. Impeccable transaction, Highly recommend!

This is the most amazing place! Adam updated my MacBook Pro 3.5 years ago suggesting it would last maybe a year. It still works! Now I have a syncing problem with my printer. I thought I would have to buy a new computer because the operating system is too old. Not so! Instead of selling me something new, Adam advised to delete the printer and re-install it. Who does that?? He didn't insist on selling me something newer. You can bet I will be back here when I really do need to get something newer. I trust this business more than any other place.
