In 55 years of buying and selling houses, I have never been served by a more professional agent than Medra Volpi. She is knowledgeable, thorough and organized. And, she keeps her clients informed! The services she provided include walking around the property prior to listing to discuss needed improvements to achieve the best sales price, staging so buyers could see the home’s potential and weekly activity reports to keep us informed and involved. She exhibited deep knowledge of home values in our neighborhood and marketed our house accordingly. There were no surprises with Medra, and we obtained the price she recommended. When it is time to buy or sell property again, Medra Volpi will be the only real estate agent I contact.
