Oh my God Ivan was so helpful after fighting with customer service all day being lied to hung up on and straight ignored. He got on the phone and went to bat for me. I thought the nightmare was never gonna end but he really stepped up for me and saved the day. Thank you so much Ivan.

I've been a long time customer. When in to get a free upgrade but they said don't do the offers online or if you get a text. So I signed up for smart pay. The sales guy (who I told I know nothing about phone) said I was get the best deal. Giving me headphones for free. But later when I looked at my receipt and he charged me for everything. After saying it was free. Now the phone doesn't work. Been waiting days without a phone

If you're in the market for a new cell phone or provider, this is the store where you want to be! 3531 S. Logan Street, Unit C, Englewood, CO 80113.I haven't experienced this level of customer service in quite a while and truly didn't think it existed any longer. For months I had wanted to transfer my service from Xfinity to a new provider but wanted to find the right company and on Monday March 1st, I did. Even though helping other customers, Amyn promptly walked over to greet me and shared that the employee that was leaving for the day had explained to him what I was looking for.The process was lengthy because of a hold up with Xfinity, however, Amyn worked diligently, handling all aspects of my service transfer, speaking with Xfinity on my behalf, setting up my new phone, transferring my data, applying my ACP credit and making sure I left the store with a fully functioning phone. By the time I left, the store had been closed for almost an hour and through the entire process Amyn continued to provide excellent customer service, attention to detail and delivered an awesome experience for me as a consumer and I walked out with a phone I love, the Moto g stylus!Thank you Amyn! I truly appreciate the time you spent and the effort you put in to helping me with all of my needs!

New customer.. well this is going to be a fun experience. I was in Saturday evening set up a plan got a phone. Realize the phone is missing the pen... Bill supposed to be $40 you get one for $70 you're supposed to open on 12:00 Sunday no one answers the phone till 12:30. And when you do get a hold of somebody the other end is incompetent. Try to get a hold of customer service and they run you around through a loop. Thanks for the experience so far I haven't even been a customer for 24 hours

Last week I went in to ask if they can assist me in switching devices. Originally I had tried to do this over the phone and due to circumstances (metro tech support is outsourced and poorly trained) my service was disconnected. Sales lady w/ pink hair asked if she could be of assistance but was short, rude, and incompetent. Long story short, she didn't belp me switch my devices, she wasn't even WILLING to find out why (cuz it's not her job as customer care) and she tried to charge me $23 to get my service back on...when it was Metro PCS that made this whole issue problem to begin with! Never experienced such a lack of work ethic, knowledge in their own field, and care for a client. Absolutely unreal.

I really do love metro by T-Mobile I even loved him beforehand and I am really happy with the service that I am trying to trying to receive I just wish that metro wouldn't make it so hard or basically so difficult I want you to upgrade all of my phones that I have for work but but the thing is though it's not really much helpful if you don't want to try to When you don't really want to help out the customer not so much I just wish that metro would try to do just a little bit more good the more to consider other things and everything else though mostly just trying to do what they can for the customer I want to see metro do even more special promotions super super superstitious like the discounts and the discounts and everything mostly

I had to go to three different stores just to get somebody to wait on me the first one told me leave because I wasn't a man the second one had moved the third one I went to have told me half the truth said September 21st you'll have a $20 payment bologna now it's $50 one day after I get the phone and think I'm getting a better service I'm getting slapped in the face because I'm using the Federal affordable at which they put in my bag that I could qualify for after I already showed him to qualification had been approved it's outrageous they're not true to their word don't go to Metro they don't care about their customers.

Paid phone bill there and was quick and fast, friendly staff who knew what they were talking about regarding phones, services and overall knowledge regarding cell phone specific questions. Would recommend this store location to a new and/or existing customer of MetroPCS!
