They did a reasonable job on framing two pictures I had, but both times we went we had to wait for someone to notice us. The 2nd time we waited for 15 minutes and there was someone working in the back. We couldn't get his attention so finally had to have someone call him from inside the store! At $260 for two simple frames, the value was not there, but maybe that is just the going rate these days.

Michaels is a craft store near Park Meadows mall in Centennial, Colorado. They sell many different types of yarn that you can use to crochet blankets or even wool sweaters. They also sell paints, toys for kids, and many types of items.

My phone commands me to appease the review Gods.Google is so damn nosey and frankly intrusive to the point of being creepy kind of like one of my exs. That wasn't a good time but you know what is? Regular trips to Michael's to restock on art supplies. Life's too short not to spoil yourself. precisely why I picked up some supplies to Tye Dye some shirts or whatever if I get bored this week. Truly a worst case scenario here is I never get around to using the dyes and I have to throw them away or pass them off to some other overly ambitious yet lazy sonofagun. Just like I did with that one ex of mine. Hopefully she found her way out of that dumpster. Miss you Shelby!!!
By the way ive come to find out that getting into graffiti for the first time since high school is a perfectly acceptable outlet for a mid life crisis. Much more affordable than the convertible BMW Z4 my father bought during his crisis. Far more rewarding as well. If you see that and think vandalism then I assure you you're not very well liked by people who tend to enjoy life instead of complaining as a hobby.

I hate self checkouts!!! What happened to in-person customer service?? Long lines at these stores too and the shelves are half stocked. You can't find a human either if you have a question. You're driving people to shop at Amazon or elsewhere. Try staffing your store properly and taking pride in the condition of the store. If you can't find staff, maybe pay them more. Until this store improves I'll be shopping at Hobby Lobby

This place has an amazing selection of just about everything your heart desires. I can roam around for hours taking it all in without even realizing it! The staff are always available and make their presence known in case you need help finding anything & are also very friendly! They also offer coupons and reward points, plus I downloaded their app which shows how many points I've accumulated. Highly recommend this place for your artistic and crafting needs (and wants!).

Long story short I was appalled by a young woman named Jackie, who I believe was the manger on duty on 12/07, at 9:47pm. I’m a bartender and a manager myself so I have to deal with the rudest of the rude and some of the most ignorant people when it comes to my job. I had a relative pass away recently and was working on a project for his wife that I needed to get to her before Christmas. I knew I was pushing the time so I knew I needed to get in and get out. I was so warmly greeted with an abrasive “mam, we close in 3 minutes.” she lied to me right there, playing it off as if it were 9:57. I looked at the time on my phone and it said 9:47. I told her I thought they didn’t close until 10:00 and she rolled her eyes and said “well, yeah.” You don’t do this in customer service. You simply say “mam, we close in about 10 minutes, can I help you find anything?” Or “I just want to let you know we do close our doors and registers in 10 minutes so if you need help finding anything just let me know so we can get you all checked out and good to go.” You don’t blatantly lie to someone about what time it is, especially a customer holding their phone in their hand. I then got to hear all about how she hated how people come in and check out the whole store right before close to her coworker and how annoying “those people are”. This was all in the minute and 30 seconds I was there. At the check out stand she was apparently too busy whining about how hard her job is to check me out and told me to go over to the young man that was on shift with her. What a sweetie. Night and day difference. I couldn’t see his name tag because he was typing on the register (actually doing his job) but that young man deserves to be a manger before that sorry excuse I encountered tonight does. Never talk to a customer like that, no matter what the circumstances may be. What ever will she do in a situation where someone really is being ignorant and staying too late. Put a smile on and act professional next time, not some entitled, snotty teenager: you are at your place of work, you have a specific close time for a reason, and never, ever do you let your emotions get the best of you. If you do, you have no business being a manager period. Every job requires customer service. That is, after all, why we all have jobs. BECAUSE WE HAVE CUSTOMERS. Other than this occurrence, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the Michael’s in Lone Tree, I’ve been going here for years. If I see that person in there again though, I will walk right back out. I wouldn’t see my business as anything as unwelcome, which is exactly how I felt tonight.
