Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to change one wheels stud. I informed them I had spacers and they said it was no problem and would take about 30-45 min. An hour later that call me and say that they are now able to touch my vehicle with spacers and I need to pick it up and get it out if the shop.

Midas auto service at 4466 S. Broadway is a fantastic place to get your car repairs done. I worked with Collin and he gave me three quotes on potential fixes and in the end It was the cheapest one. They did such a wonderful job on repairing my car. Luke was my mechanic and I highly recommend Luke, Collin and the entire Midas team. If you’re looking for a place to go and get your car repaired in Englewood that you can trust and get quality work done, at a fair price the Midas at 4466 S. Broadway is the place to go. I wish I had learned about this Auto Repair shop sooner and I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you again Collin, Luke and everybody on the Midas Auto service team!

Very professional, no hidden fees or charges. They presented all costs up front and kept you updated the whole time they had my vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Nicki and the Associates! Will definitely bring my truck again for any vehicle repairs or needs.

I went to this midas to get my brakes repaired. My brake light was coming on and heard a squeak. I had extremely bad customer service. We will get you in first thing in morning. Dropped off night before. Late afternoon was told changing pads would fix issue. Then rotors "might be issue". Ok fix. 2 days later. That fixed the problem" by changing rotors, pads, and etc. $505 Went to pick up. Lost my key to truck. 25 min to find. Immediately got in light came on. Returned to get corrected. They inspected. I guess they missed the brake fuid needs to be flushed. And your cylinders are going. Then broke brake fluid tubes/lines to cylinder. So brake specialists diid not do full inspection as stated and broke parts as they repaired. Ok fix. Upset now because they did not do full investigation and 2nd visit in less than 2 weeks. Broken parts and 2 more days. Went out of town inbetween. Less that 50 miles. Wrote down 22k mile difference. Had proff from a jiffy lube correct mileage from days before. Asked manager why inspection was not done and why wasting my time. I don't know and don't care. Its fixed now and we did the best we can additional $615. Complaining now. And manager argues and yells at me because he was just filling in at the moment. Very upset that I got treated this way and try to call complaint line on wall. No answer and mailbox full. Gee I wonder why. Leave with truck Same issue is still happening. Called manager does not know what to tell me. We tried. Does not try to help. No customer service. Does not care. Got paid, your on your own. Not fixes. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with management, owner and mechanic.Service: Brakes

I had a highly disappointing experience with Midas. In January, I entrusted them with replacing the rack and pinion, and fixing two leaking power steering lines, costing me $978.87.Unfortunately, things went south immediately after the service. The check engine light lit up, and steering problems persisted. Worse yet, my power steering pump broke due to a nearly empty reservoir.Midas replaced the power steering pump, but my issues weren't resolved. The check engine light persisted, and my steering was noisy and difficult.I offered to pay for to replace the suction line o-ring, which I suspected may have been lost or damaged during the power steering pump replacement, but Midas ignored my request and insisted on a new rack and pinion. To make matters worse, one of Midas's technicians got into a collision while driving my vehicle, resulting in rear body damage and more issues. Midas offered me $500 or to pay to fix the damage, and I opted for the latter. The problems persisted, and I discovered missing nuts and bolts around the repaired area, and that the rack was improperly installed. The district manager promised resolution but failed to deliver. On April 10th, I retrieved my vehicle with unresolved steering problems. The district manager then refused further service, and the issues continued to worsen.I later found out Midas accepted a low insurance deal of $1,577.20 for the collision damage without my consent, much less than the actual repair cost. Despite my inquiries, I was left in the dark. On May 3rd, they finally replaced the suction line o-ring, which was indeed damaged by the location.I contacted Midas about covering the remaining body damage cost and a refund of my $978.87 payment, but received unsatisfactory responses. The district manager offered only $300. I didn’t respond, as this was never about the money; it was about them making things right.Worse still, I discovered discrepancies in the handling of the collision. The store manager initially stated it occurred on 2/27/2023, but the invoice revealed the actual date as 2/24/2023. The insurance report had errors too, with the incorrect car model and "Date of loss" listed as 3/09/2023 instead of 2/24/2023. Additionally, the day the collision was reported to the other drivers insurance was 04/06/2023, which is inconsistent with Midas informing me prior to this date that the case was being worked on.Lastly,I discovered that the insurance claim was settled on 4/12/2023, the same day that Midas refused any further service on my vehicle, leading me to believe that the lower insurance deal was accepted in an attempt for Midas to avoid further responsibilities and discontinue their involvement with my vehicle. In conclusion, do not take your vehicle to this location for any major repairs because if they mess up, they will not be honest or take any accountability. I gave them every opportunity to make the situation right, and despite me being cordial and trying to work with this location, I was constantly wronged and undermined. Please do not make the same mistake I made.Service: Steering & suspension repair
