“OMG! Julie and I worked so hard to get my loan done. She was an absolute treasure to work with. We started working on a "Buy Before You Sell" program. Basically Go West Lending offers this program. So for me it worked really well because I am a stay at home mom, and widow so no good source of income. Enough to buy a home, but because I couldn't sell the one I was in, untill I was able to get into a new one. With this program it was super easy and we were able to get my family and I approved for the loan. I was even able to pay off some other debt with this program and have a very small mortgage to pay off. I would suggest this program to everyone, and work especially with Julie. Whenever I move again, she will be the first person I call.”
